Abbey farm was excellent, the host was very accommodating. There was lots to keep the kids entertained in the house and the beach was only 10 mins walk away. Our full party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved it and would definitely come back!

A fantastic stay with stunning views and a lovely, cosy property. It was very easy to find by following the clear instructions, and parking was straightforward, just be mindful of the sloped driveway entrance if you have a lowered car. The property itself is warm and inviting, with great water pressure (watch out for the downstairs shower, it packs a punch if you’re not expecting it!). The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cutlery, cups, and other essentials. We’ll definitely stay again!

Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again. Lovely rural location, beautiful views and very peaceful, lots of sheep around. Very comfortable beds and bedding. we really enjoyed the wide selection of adult/kids games, we really really enjoyed the karaoke too! Well the adults did of an evening. Such a perfect stay to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday with family members. From arriving everyone felt really at home and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome hamper which was a lovely touch. This place exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed to make a great stay.

This house is wonderful! It’s huge, beautifully decorated, and has lots of little touches that make it perfect for a big group stay: hot tub, outdoor seating and heater, darts, pool table, and the amazing cinema room! We had the best time and the hosts were so accommodating by letting us check out later than planned free of charge! We definitely want to come back to stay again!

Beautiful place to stay and felt so relaxed in the lovely kitchen and lounge. Fab games room and the cinema room was amazing which was enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely stay again, had everything you could want. Beautifully decorated.

Great apartment in a great location. A 10 min drive to some amazing places. We visited Aira Force Waterfall, Blencathra and the farm shop nearby (Basecamp). Everything had been thought of and as a family of 4 we were comfortable and had enough room. Raluca made herself available if we needed anything at all. It was a bonus to have the facilities of the resort available; swimming, restaurant, gym, although we didn’t use them due to a short stay. Great apartment and we would love to visit again in the future.

Luxury apartment with a view to match, overlooking Ambleside pier, the lake and mountains. Exquisite! Full use kitchen. Chaisse overlooking the lake is the perfect spot! Comfortable seating in front of large screen TV. Can't wait to come back!
