House vacation rentals in South Historic District, Savannah

Had the BEST stay here! The house was decorated so cute, and was perfect for our girl's weekend/bachelorette party! Had everything we needed and we loved staying here! Michelle was SO helpful & responsive. Perfect getaway!

This ended up one of our family's favorite trips, and our stay here was a big part of it. Tons of space inside and lots of fun outside. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and feeding the turtles in the lagoon. Unless you need to be on the far west end of Savannah, this location is great as well -- easy access to both downtown and the beach on Tybee Island. All the way around, we'd highly recommend staying here.

LuKa’s home was perfect. We loved the location, it was perfectly located between Tybee and Savannah giving us multiple options to go eat, explore, and be touristy. This house was perfect for our family with kids ranging from 7-14. They each had something fun to do that kept them busy and entertained, and of course the pool was a bonus! Even without the pool being heated, it had zero affect on how fun we all had. The home was cleaned and well stocked of everything we needed. We honestly cannot wait to come back!

Amazing Airbnb located perfectly in between downtown Savannah and Tybee. We were able to comfortably sleep 8 and had the best time at the pool! Would love to stay here again sometime.

Location - about 15 minutes by car to historic Savannah and also about 15 minutes to Tybee Island, so it is easy to navigate or use Uber/Lyft. We walked daily in the cute, safe neighborhood. We also walked to and through the Wildlife Reserve just two streets down from the house. Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Charcoal grill and seating for outdoor meals! Plenty of lounge chairs poolside. Also two loveseats and two chairs under shade (which was perfect for the 7 week old with us). Plenty of pots/pans/utensils/storage containers. Also olive oil and basic spices made cooking so much easier than if we would have had to buy those only to use small amounts. Private back yard in a quiet neighborhood. House has lots of space to spread out!

I will definitely be looking forward to staying here again!

Stayed here over the New Year break looking for a relaxing family-oriented spot and this fit the bill perfectly. The long pier out to the dock was really neat and unique. Sitting on the dock at night seeing all the stars and planets was great. Beautiful spot to relax poolside during the day watching the coastal birds fly by was so nice a peaceful. The location was surrounded by nice homes and the drive in and out past the golf course was equally as nice a peaceful. A full grocery store (Publix) was conveniently located not far from the neighborhood made meals a breeze with the full kitchen. Really a great spot.

We loved our stay at the Victoria House! Beautiful house, and very walkable to Forsyth park, restaurants, the squares, historic neighborhoods, etc. we had such a great stay, and enjoyed sitting on the porch quite a bit! Would definitely stay again if visiting in the area.

This home was perfect for our needs. Our two families travel together for our kids sports and really liked that this home was close to where we competed and to the restaurants we enjoy. We also liked the secluded location. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The kitchen has all necessary items including a coffee pot and a kcup coffee maker. We were greeted with fresh flowers and cookies, which the kids appreciated most! We will stay again.

Logan's house was very nice. he was a great host always asking if he can help or do anything. We look forward to staying here next year.

We had a wonderful stay as a group of six celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend - split between downtown Savannah and Tybee. As posted, it’s about a 15/20 min ride to either location. Super convenient! - The back deck was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee or evening beverage while listening to the wind chimes and taking in the beautiful scenery at the lake. - The three main bedrooms were great and spacious; however, the middle room with the pull out trundle bed was a bit tight. The middle room was also warm compared to the others (likely just due to the amount of sunlight in the room - perhaps a change in curtains would be beneficial). * Overall… we had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!!! Great communication and ease of check in and out. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great time with friends/family!!

Anyone leaving less than 5 stars can go stay in a Motel 6. The house was beautiful, felt like a home, quiet, and peaceful. Host responded quickly when the code wasn't working. Will definitely book this location again and recommend for other guests!

Stayed for a long weekend Bachelorette trip, and had a great time! Adam gave us lots of recommendations for food and activities. He accommodated early check for us which was great because we were all traveling from other states. Overall was a great place to stay!

Sony’s place was so comforting and we felt right at home. The amenities are great and there is a lot to do even just at home . Lots of books, games and even a giant chess board outside. We spent a whole day of our stay just doing stuff around the house. Great entertaining home

We were coming to Georgia to visit our son stationed nearby. Upon looking at many listings in the surrounding area, we chose this property for the outside amenities/fire pit and price per night. Upon arrival, check in was easy, instructions to location were very clear, property is in a good neighborhood that is quiet, and property is very clean and well-maintained. Although we were not able to use the outside amenities due to rain, our stay was very enjoyable. Grocery store and shops are not far away and very easy access to Pooler, airport, and Savanna. Host also had a binder with clear instructions on check-in and checkout procedures, as well as recommendations for eateries and attractions. During our stay, we had to contact host and host was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location for us!

Everything was Great from the start. This is our first experience with an Airbnb and it was amazing. Kimberly was very responsive to every question. Check in and checkout instructions were printed and hanging by the door as well as the nearest grocery store. The home is within a short drive into Savannah. The home itself was very clean and inviting. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms with their own tv’s allows for alone time if needed. We explored the area with four adults and never felt cramped for space. Great home base for exploring the area. Thank You Very Much!

This place was wonderful! The house was perfect and it was only a short walk to the beach. Sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs was our favorite. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Tony was great! So hands on and very responsive. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We were sad to leave as we had the best time staying on Tybee Island. But we will definitely be back and we would definitely stay here again!

This lovely and cozy property, with a particularly magical entrance, is strolling distance to Savannah’s parks and historic neighborhoods. Joyce offered clear and abundant information about restaurants, shops, and activities. The place was clean with amenities as well as interesting with art and charming garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Raquel's place was amazing! Believe the other 5 star reviews. We booked this place last minute coming to Savannah from Pennsylvania. We were completely amazed at how much this place looked like the pictures and how much care went into this place for rentals. Our kids were beyond comfortable! All the extra things provided within the house you can tell that Raquel has definitely thought everything out. The area was quite. The playground was ok. Whats really good is there is a market and many other things across the street so this is the perfect location if your looking for privacy and easy access to food. I recommend this host 10 times over! I would rent again any day! This rental is definitely in the top 5 in the area!

Our stay with 2 other couple we traveled with was a throwback in old Savanah time in Garry’s fabulous home. We ate our breakfasts out on the verandas each morning and then just walked and walked discovering this amazing historical city. What could be better. Garry was a wonderful host!any guest would be thrilled to stay here!

Great stay for our family for my son’s wedding weekend. Our only disappointment was that the outdoor area was incredible, but the gnats were out of control in late March. You couldn’t even be outside for two minutes. I still am giving a 5 rating but if the back yard was not treated for bugs, it should have been. Gg
