This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. I don’t want to write glowingly for fear that it will always be booked when I want to stay! Lol But alas, I must be honest and say it was perfection. It’s the best Airbnb I have stayed at. I am a clean freak, accommodations snob and this place checked all the boxes. It is hard to find a place in Savannah that doesn’t have old bathtubs and o was so happy with the showers! The decor was on point, adorable furnishings that were quality. Comfy beds and linens. Kitchenettes were great, although I never use the kitchens as we eat out. Loved that there were 4 TVs to accommodate every viewing angle. Everything was thought out well (every light fixture, plants, hooks, arrangement, you name it). This will be my place every year!

Jenny’s cottage was simply adorable! I traveled from California to visit my daughter and her new husband. We were exploring Savannah and the Tybee area. The cottage was centrally located to both. Only about 20 minutes to historic Savannah. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a lovely family room and a vintage chic kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable with a king bed in the master and a comfy trundle in the second bedroom. Jenny was so responsive and easy to contact. We had a few requests and she responded so quickly and generously. She had wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The grounds were lovely with a sitting area and fire pit. We enjoyed a walk through the neighboring areas. It was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay at Jenny’s cottage again and highly recommend her property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Jenny for hosting us! We’re so glad we found you!

This place was great! It was exactly how it was described! It was perfect for our girl’s trip. It was clean and spacious. The street was very quiet. The beds were so comfy. We could easily walk to Forsyth Park. It was a quick uber ride to River Street or the Historic District. But we did also walk it. Communication was great and very quick. No complaints. Would stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!!

We planned this trip as an adult family vacation. Adult siblings and parents. The location was great - so close to everything you ever want to do in Savannah. 20 minute walk to the bustling “touristy” places but you could also drive and park or take a Lyft. The location and size is the main reason to choose this booking as decent hotel rooms + parking for 6 adults would be well over what we paid for this booking for 4 nights. There is also plenty of street parking and off street parking for your stay. The location was mostly clean upon arrival and very well stocked. The full kitchen was great and decently stocked. The bathroom was very roomy, plenty of hot water, and had plenty of towels. There was plenty of space, ample storage, and 3 beds. The beds were comfortable and had ample bedding/pillows. We did have 6 people and there is only (comfortable) seating for 3 in the living room. Loved the large dining table for board games.

Johnnie's place was AWESOME!!!!.. Check in & out was very easy, the place was VERY clean and VERY comfortable!!!. the beds are dangerous!!!... They were so comfortable that at times I didn't want to get up!!! lol, I Traveled with my little one & she loved the space & most definitely loved having her own TV in her room!!, the kitchen was big...i really enjoyed cooking!!!. hot showers were great and may i add... I loved seeing soooo many towels!!!. traveling with a young one to see my boyfriend and walking in to such a place was hands down worth it!!!. Ms.Johnnie was also very quick to respond and help with everything and anything!!!. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH Ms.Johnnie!!!!... I definitely would love to stay here again!!!

Great location for our Bachelors Party of 8+. We specifically picked Andrew's place for the size, location and walkable access to anything and everything that is Savannah. The music on the weekends does play from the bars & clubs below until 3a, but that didn't hamper any of our stays as we were planning to be up until that time anyways. Highly recommend if you have a large group and want to enjoy what Savannah has to offer after dark!
