Hotel vacation rentals in South Carlsbad State Beach

This place is amazing. There are so many amenities to help you enjoy your vacation. We utilized the free beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards the hotel offers as well as the day passes to Loews. The beds are comfortable. The small kitchen area is perfects for snacks and light cooking. There was a great balcony. The staff was amazing there as well. The location is right where you want to be. Surrounded by great restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!!!

This was an interesting place. It was clearly designed for a surfer… not a shorter woman per se. Well use of space. Creative design. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom area. Large space. Very clean. But very loud. They did provide ear plugs and a noise machine to help. Amazing location and nice that they offered two free drinks to the restaurant upstairs with delicious food. It didn’t always feel the safest as the outside door was always open but I think it’s a safe town. The people were welcoming and kind. Oh, they have Netflix but no live TV.

Great location for a hostel, just a few steps from the beach! We’ll maintained as well and clean for a hostel! You’ll meet fun people, enjoy!

Stayed here during SDCC for a couple days. Price was solid especially for comic con. The check in host was very nice and helpful. Overall I would say it was a typical lower budget hotel stay. Nothing fancy by any means but it got the job done for what I needed!

This airbnb was right in the heart of Gaslamp if you want a fun weekend getaway this is the best spot for it. The open living room and natural sunlight was great. Beds were super comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered the phone 100% of the time and very friendly. Would definitely book again.

5 stars all the way!!! Customer service is phenomenal and in today’s day that says a lot. The beds are comfy, the rooms are cozy, the pool was heated, food is delicious at Dockside restaurant and the coffee cart hits the spot in the morning, the Mexican Mocha is addictive The pet friendliness is out of this world!! My guy felt so comfortable the entire time and that made it that much more enjoyable. The 5min walk to Mission Bay was an everyday thing, we had so much fun!! The only negative is the cleaning crew starts really early, like 6am so sleeping in was not an option for me and they were really loud but thats it. We will 100% be back!! Thank you so much!

Omni La Costa is such a wonderful resort and Kelly's place made us feel right at home. We had full access to all of the resort's amenities, just like if we had booked directly with Omni Hotels. From pre-booking questions to preparing to checkout, Kelly was quick to respond and provide assistance to make everything as easy as possible. We look forward to staying here again.

Our stay was fabulous! Great location with fantastic views. One thing to note for future guests, this is a time share and they will try to get you to go to their meetings to learn about purchasing a time share with them. I was just upfront and told them we are not interested. They still called our room the next day and tried again. I told them we were unavailable to attend their meeting.

The condo is adorable, clean, and super comfortable. The little kitchenette area was perfect for us to make charcuterie boards and beverages. Then we enjoyed them in the little sitting area. The beds were great and the condo has a very spacious bathroom. The La Costa resort grounds are gorgeous! Having access to 2 pools and 3 hot tubs was perfect. We had multiple restaurants to choose from, plus a marketplace for coffee and snacks and to go breakfast. Also a full service spa and shops on the property. Everything you could need and you never have to leave the property! The hosts were super friendly and were great communicators. This is a GREAT option that gives you more space and amenities than a hotel room for the same price (once you add in hotel fees and taxes). Thank you for sharing your cozy place with us! It was a perfect weekend thanks to our accomodations!

We have stayed at this resort before and love the location. The beach and pier are right across the street. Many restaurants, shops, Bubbles market, and Regal movie theater are thin walking distance. The pool deck offers amazing ocean sunset views also. The host was responsive and our stay was great.

This space is absolutely beautiful!!! The private garden is breathtaking. The garden had plenty of seating to sit back and relax. There were lights all over the yard for an enchanting effect. The rooms were charming. With retro memorabilia accents all over the space. The bathroom was stunning! A stone oversized bathtub that you could sit and lose track of all time!!! My family and I had a wonderful stay!!!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone and stay again.

It was a nice stay. They were always attentive and we felt very safe and confident. They were also very kind and patient with my limited English skills😅, then people who spoke Spanish showed up, so everything was fine.
