Really comfortable, cute, clean place with amazing views. Watched dolphins daily form the balcony - views themselves well worth the stay!

Love the location and easy to walk everywhere. Always clean and owners check in multiple times during stay. My second stay this year.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Another great year in the books at this place! we've done Thanksgiving here 2 years in a row. always a pleasure. and peace and quiet. Thanks for having once again and hope to stay with you next year! Thanks for everything!

Fun times in OB! visited for family reunion in OB for Thanksgiving. All members rented houses via Airbnb so got to see other options in area, and ours/Tina's was by far the best. As mentioned,,,, one of the largest options in the area, which made it quite comfortable. Not on beach,,, but so easy to walk and frankly, benefit of not the craziness of that area. House had EVERYTHING and was spotless. Easy access with tech code. yes, you do have to deal with AIRPLANES ,,, but so does everyone else!

This is a super convenient location, and a wonderful cozy unit. Really couldn’t ask for a better host, they were responsive and gave very clear instructions. This is a good value as well, we plan to visit again in the Spring. Thank you.

We are repeat visitors. This place is like our home away from home. Great facility with easy walking access to the beach and restaurants plus designated parking - which is worth a lot if you’ve ever tried to find street parking in the area. We enjoy the outside seating area and fire pit and the outdoor shower for the kids after they come back from the beach. This is an ideal beach cottage getaway with plenty of space for our family of five. No regrets.

Beautiful views/sunsets, great deck furniture, loved having both front and back outdoor spaces. Best quality beach umbrella, chairs, port-a-crib, grill we've ever had at a rental! Swimming pools, pickle ball, tennis, bikes, boogie boards -awesome amenities! Comfortable bed and nice quality bedding. A/C worked great. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults + baby. Liked having a garage available to us. This property exceeded in many ways. The only issue is that access to the beach was hard for us. It was 0.2 mi to the 104 step stairway leading down to the beach. From there, if it was high tide, there was no sand-so we walked over pebbles for another 0.2 mi to find a wide enough place to settle in. Carrying a baby, umbrella, chairs, etc, this was not easy! We ended up driving to the beach next door if it was high tide. But overall we had a lovely stay, which is why I rated it 5 stars.

Andy responded within minutes each time we communicated with him. The condo was as described with the ocean an easy walk from the front door. The heated pool was a comfortable temp for an evening swim! This was a plus for the kids!!! The fitness center was well equipped. The condo is located in a busy complex so it may not be ideal for those desiring a secluded beach abode. It is within walking distance of the harbor and the pier and because the weather was sunny and mild, we did a lot of exploring!

This condo in Oceanside, CA, is in the perfect location—just a short walk to amazing restaurants, vibrant bars, and charming shops. The beach is stunning at any time of day, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The condo itself is fantastic, with top-notch amenities including a refreshing pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a soothing sauna. It's the perfect getaway spot!

This little beach house is a bit of an oasis in the middle of a very densely packed, vacation rental area of Carlsbad. The house sits on a good sized lot that is nicely landscaped and private with abundant outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pool and patio area provided lots of fun entertainment for our grandkids! The house was very clean and well maintained. It is an older beach home that has had nice updates to the two bathrooms- modern tile in the shower, tub area and floors. Also the frameless glass in the master bath shower was very appreciated. You can park the car and walk to everything in Carlsbad village and the beach is a block and a half away! The only negative is the close proximity to the noisy train. The train itself doesn’t disturb so much, but the horn blasts are quite irritating. You will encounter this problem in many locations close to the beach. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad.

This was a lovely place to stay.. quite a few steps down to the beach, just be aware if you’re not good at stairs or have small children. The resort was quiet, and gave us access to pools gym and courts .. we really enjoyed the view. Nothing to fault we loved our stay. Too many dolphins to count!

My husband and I along with our two younger girls had the pleasure of staying at this great home. There is nothing better than going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The view was wonderful and having coffee in the morning on the balcony was awesome. The house was very nice and clean and had everything you need. It was great to have the ability to walk down the pathway to the set of stairs that takes you right down to the beach. There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance too! The condo felt very private and had very comfortable beds and a great large couch. The girls liked sleeping in the little loft on the top level ..We will definitely be back .. thank you Renee !

Had a great stay here - the location is perfect, steps from the beach and near a lot of great places to eat. Accommodations were spacious and I had everything I needed for an easy stay. Jennifer was responsive in communication as well.

My sisters and I loved this AirBnB! Great location, beautiful views, lots to do in the area. The house was clean and well maintained, the kitchen was amazingly stocked for cooking. Out host was responsive and friendly when we had questions. Great holiday!

This was our first Airbnb and It didn’t disappoint! My family LOVED the location, right on the beach across from the boardwalk. We were able to see some beautiful sunsets every day. We spent most of the time on the beach, but we were also very close to Bellemont park (5-10min walk) where we spent a couple of days enjoying the rides. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance to the house. If you plan to drive anywhere, then you’re within minutes to the Zoo, Seaworld, and Seaport village where we checked out the USS Midway and seaport village. We’re done with staying at hotels and will definitely look into this location for our next San Diego Vacation. I also forgot to mention our host Jasna! She was super accommodating and let us check-in early due to our flight arrival. She was very responsive throughout our stay and helped us navigate the area a bit which improved the overall experience.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Suzy’s place! We started our day with morning coffee on the front porch and ended the day there watching the sunset. Everything was wonderful!

What a great spot! A few steps from the bay side beach and just a block or two to the ocean side beach. Felt big and spacious, big kitchen and lots of room. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Lots of stairs (just fyi) as it’s a 3 story but there is a big bedroom on the main floor with no stairs. Had everything we needed and more. Sweet little view out the upstairs bedroom windows and balcony. So nice to fall asleep looking the bay water and lights. So nice to be able to just walk along the water every morning and head over to the beach for sunset every night. No complaints at all! Thank you!

Great location! Walkable to many great restaurant’s and the beach. I really appreciated the host sharing her favorite restaurants and places to go. Everything she recommended was so helpful would definitely come back.

This was a true 5 star place. You get the entire property to yourself and the surrounding gates/plants make it feel very private. That said, the location is great because everything you need is in walking distance; eats, coffee, beach, corner store. The best part is the house is located in an area the passing trains aren’t allowed to blow their horns so you won’t get woken up by them if you aren’t used to it. My kid had fun walking down the block to watch them pass during the day. Amazing amenities included; covered garage for parking, grass lawn, outside table with umbrella, hammock, tv inside, huge bathtub with shower and fully stocked kitchen with numerous appliances. The bed sheets were actual bed sheets! Not the cheap paper kind every other single airbnb tends to provide. Plenty of pillows and towels. Comfortable couch and bean bag chair. Host was extremely kind and responsive. Great place for singles, couples or families. We will be staying here again, no doubt!

We had a great time with the kids. The bonus room filled with toys and games were a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures and descriptions do not do this place justice. It was more beautiful than I imagined and we had a wonderful girls weekend away!
