House vacation rentals in South Bend

Megan was amazing! She was super responsive and provided us with the perfect suggestions of where to dine. We were welcomed with a wonderful gift that was catered to us! We had snow during 2 days of our stay and the snow was removed well before we needed to go out. We really enjoyed our stay in Three Oaks!

My husband and I met our grown kids and spouses and 3 grands here for a weekend of ND football and relaxation. We all fell in love with this Airbnb. Everything about it was perfect. The house is really so much bigger than it looks in the pics, and the basement was perfect for our grands to feel like they had a space all their own. We will definitely be back, and will also recommend it to our Irish fans!

Enjoyed our stay. House comfortably housed our group and had a spacious living area. Backyard was very nice with a view if the river. We would definitely stay again.

Great quiet place to stay and Anna was a great host to work with. She was very helpful with a same day booking and instructions. Place was clean and relaxing and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable which is hard to find. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The place was perfect for our extended family get together. The layout of the house gave lots of options for spaces to hang out as a big group, as smaller groups, and/or to find some quiet time. Plenty of beds and bedrooms too. The kids loved the bunk room and games. And the adults loved the hot tub. Clear directions from the host made the place easy to find. We look forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

I absolutely love Annie's Attic. I believe there was a room under construction, but I would love to come back sometime after that room is all done with construction. The hot tub and fire pit were absolutely amazing! best part of the house. onto of it Gina even made sure we had firewood which was so cool. The road to get to this house was underconstruction when we were there, which made it so hard to access the house when we went out one day. had to take an extra 5 minut detour. The road construction actually allowed us to detour through this beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. So it was a win win. Thank you Gina and Katie!!!

Beautiful home, we want to come back next fall for a game and be able to use the pool! The hot tub was amazing! Also loved the 3 inches of snow the first morning we woke up!! And the Irish win was perfect! Very responsive hosts! Perfect location!

The house was clean, comfortable and as described in the listing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the property again. The heated pool and hot tub were great for our group to relax.

My family and I had a great stay! Chris’s home is beautiful and the perfect size for us. The home was fully stocked and had everything you needed to enjoy your vacation. The kids loved the pool and the backyard is very private. I messaged Chris with a question and he responded within minutes.

This was the perfect place for my family to get together for a special family wedding. Our family of 12 was able to relax together with the fireplace, eat together, and enjoy the wonderful family room downstairs, which was a big hit for our children. The bedrooms were so comfortable and spacious. Our visit was unfortunately much too short! We would love to visit again in the summer.

The beds were comfortable, the home was tidy, and the location was close to everything I needed on this trip. The living room furniture is adequate but not very comfortable, and there is no dishwasher, but since it was just me, that was not a problem: just facts, no complaints. I'd definitely request a stay again if needed.

Cozy comfortable home for our 3 night stay. The location was great, we were able to walk to Notre Dame. The home was spotless, comfy furniture and beds. The hosts added lots of little extras, snacks, filtered water and coffee. Would definitely stay again!

This home was such a cute and cozy place to stay. It was perfect for our needs and was close to everything we could have needed/wanted. Erik was very kind and provided a quick response everytime I reached out. Check in instructions were clear and concise making it a breeze. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Very comfortable. Very clean. We loved the space. Quiet street with great proximity to Notre Dame. We found the electronic lock a bit tricky which made the cold days colder until we could get inside but overall this place was great. Especially if you have family visiting the school and need a great place to stay.

The house was in great condition and super cozy! The beds and the couch were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with wares. I appreciated the toiletries, laundry products, coffee and condiments/seasonings available. Our host was responsive, helpful and friendly.

My Happy Place was beautifully and seasonally decorated and Tonya had thought of everything we might need or want. Kitchen had every gadget, pan, small appliance and all adorably matched. She had local menus and even had a Kroger (grocery) savers card there for us to use (which I did!). The beds were very comfortable, as was the futon. We all slept great! Absolutely no complaints and I’d stay again anytime I’m in the area

A fantastic location. Plenty of room for the family. Clean and comfortable. We were celebrating my dad’s birthday and Delia had a balloon and a cake! Such a perfect host!

We came in town for a football game. We could not walk to the game but it was less than a 10 minute drive to campus which worked great for us. The steps leading upstairs did not have a railing but that was not a problem since there was a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor for grandparents. We had everything we needed at the house, thanks!
