Excellent Xfinity wifi and TV. This is a very quiet neighborhood. No parties and there is a zero noise policy after 9 PM.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sawyer Sanctuary over Christmas! After a mishap with another booking, we requested to book last minute and they were willing to accommodate our stay on short notice - they actually saved our Christmas! The house is cozy, spacious, and beautiful, perfect for a family gathering. The hot tub is large has a great view that feels private and serene. The beds/linens were raved about by my entire family as some of the most comfortable they’ve ever slept in at a rental. In the words of my family there really was “something for everyone” from multiple big TVs, large space for meals, speaker, puzzles, games… Finally, the host was very friendly and communicative, we immediately felt right at home 🤍 can’t wait to book hopefully many more times in the future!

A hideaway retreat on a private lake for relaxing.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Gary’s place. The lake, the pontoon, paddle boards and pedal boat were used daily. It is private and quiet. There are plenty of life vests and even some large inner tubes you can take out on the water. The floating dock and lily pad were covered in goose poop while we were there so we didn’t use them. The house was comfortable and had more amenities than most air BNBs we’ve stayed at. Our favorite spot (besides being on the water) was drinking coffee and reading on the covered porch! Would recommend to families!!

Fascinating & Fun Family Haven w hot tub!

I cannot say enough great things about this home. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had sooo much to do! We hung out in the hot tub, played the outdoor games, had s’mores in the fire pit, played board games and watched movies. The house is literally steps away from food, shopping and COFFEE. Megan even left us a gift card for Alan Ray’s coffee (which was amazing, and the vibe was so laid back and cool) and she had pastries laid out for us to enjoy. The beach is only 10 quick minutes away in New Buffalo and was gorgeous, even in March. There are tons of little shops, a Starbucks and restaurants there as well. My 13 year old even loved it. We also took a quick trip to see Notre Dame, went outlet shopping in Michigan City, and took a day trip up to St Joseph’s beach. All within 30 mins of Three Oaks. Overall, this is the most perfect Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you, Megan!

My family of three had a great stay. Our daughter had a hockey tournament at the Compton ice arena and Stephanie was so helpful. We even thought we’d have to extend our stay, so a bit of back and forth communication. She was there to help if we needed to stay longer or cut our time short. Loved her support. From when I booked the house to when I checked out. The house is adorable. Great attention to detail with their AirBnb. Every little detail was thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would 100% be back.
