Such a great stay at a beautiful place! Jim and Kristin are wonderful hosts. The house was clean and beautiful, the area was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing weekend. Loved the stay!

I brought my mother and 6 year old to stay for a short weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the home and hosts. The home is a lot bigger than I had expected and my daughter was over the moon with the huge selection of toys, including a little electric jeep that she could ride down the street. It is a wonderful family spot and the hosts gave us the best recommendations and were so friendly and welcoming. We made a lovely new friend, Edna the chicken, who followed us up and down the driveway which my kiddo loved. I highly recommend, especially if traveling with little ones!

You will not be disappointed and will want to return right away. Nelson was a great host. He sent us appropriate information about the house along with his expectations. The three bedrooms were adorable. The bedding is comfy. Everything is decorated to enhance coziness. The neighborhood is beautiful and we had nice, quiet neighbors. From the house, we enjoyed watching the kite-surfing-- something to see if you never have. The kitchen is clean and well appointed down to little cherub napkin rings and cloth napkins. Cayucos is right down the street. Don't forget to try Martin's for delicious Mexican or Italian food. Duckies is great from fish and chips and clam chowder. Everything is convenient and close. We can't wait to return to The Pink Gem. We've made our first set of happy memories there.

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Jim and Ashley were the perfect hosts! We had a super late check in at 2:30am and they made sure we had everything we needed so we could come in that late! They maintain the property their plants and landscaping was beautiful. They went above and beyond answering all questions and had a very quick response time! The house is literally right next to the beach, the roof top view was stunning, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a vacation rental, their house was clean! The driveway is perfect for two cars. We had two children 8 and 11 and they didn’t want to come home! We love to make beach vacations and we will be back here over and over again!

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!

This was the most amazing airbnb we have ever stayed at! Sharon & Lo were so responsive and helpful with a few random requests we had and they really went above and beyond to make sure our trip went perfect. We already want to plan a trip to stay at the fish house again!

We loved being able to walk into town to the shops and bakery. The highlight was seeing the otters, harbor seals and sea lions. Hearing the sea lions bark in the distance from the house was also very special. Giovanni’s Fish Market had great crab and poke bowls! The kitchen was stocked with coffee pods, creamer, and even had some welcome snacks. We enjoyed having our coffee on the sunny back patio. The remote controls to the tv/heaters were a little challenging, but we managed to figure it all out. It was a great trip and we would come back here!

This is a very cute place. We liked that it was two blocks from little restaurants, stores, and a bookstore (that was less crowded than the downtown strip!). Lots of great teas and coffee and comfy beds!

We had a great time here. Very comfy bed, very nice interior decoration, very cosy. We loved the cold dips in the pool and running to the hot tub. It felt like we were alone with the wildlife: deers, squirrels, a skunk and many many birds. The short flat trail on the property is nice. Highly recommended

My son & I were in the area for a high school tour & wow, we were so blessed to have coupled that with staying in the Fantastical Cottage. There was no one else staying in the Glass House adjacent to us, so we had the entire area to ourselves. We brought our pup, cooked all meals in the open-air kitchen, enjoyed the open-air shower, hammock, lovely pool & spa, trampoline, birds galore, dreamy tree swing, & were nourished by the hens’ offerings for breakfasts. Each used space was very clean. No cell service meant no interruptions & we were able to truly enjoy being with each other on the land. We are outdoor & nature lovers, so for us this was a perfect fit! Jennifer is a wonderful & communicative host.

We had a great time here! The location is perfect, in a pretty quiet, safe neighborhood, within walking distance of a ton of shopping and restaurants on State St. We loved the little yard with the grill, fire table, and hot tub! It was great having the kitchen, which was pretty well stocked with essentials. Just walked over to Ralph's for food and we were good. We were a little worried about the sleeping arrangements, because we had 3 adults and 2 teens, but Alan had two twin air mattresses for us, which worked great for the teens. It was cozy, but we enjoyed that aspect. Overall, a great experience! We hope it's open the next time we're in town.

4 of us stayed at Angie's place for a long weekend and had a lovely time! She is super welcoming and responsive, the place is quirky and unique, had everything we needed and is quite comfortable. It's in an excellent location and her decks are gorgeous. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

What a peaceful place tucked in a quiet hilltop full of nature surroundings. Absolutely no traffic/people noise and lots darkness with an incredible view when the fog rolls away. It blew our minds! A perfect base of operations for a week stay with all we needed and the host right next door (over a private gate) which was helpful when we had a few needs that he responded quickly and kindly. We were impressed how close we were to things even though it felt like we were far, far away. We cannot wait to stay there again! Note to those that drive a Tesla, do NOT use the car gps/maps. It won’t get you there in a direct route. Use Google maps. Plan at least one evening to enjoy the night sky from the hot tub and deck with fire table and grill. It’s not to be missed.

Place was great! Really comfortable and big. Jonah’s dog, Bolt greeted us and was super friendly and great with our dogs. Bed was really comfortable and locations was super convenient.

Paul's Avo-Cottage was so perfect for our family-of-four's trip to Carpinteria. The setting was so beautiful and serene. The hot tub was particularly delightful ... we felt truly at home and at peace. We would absolutely stay again!

Dawn’s cottage was a perfect oasis for my husband, my 16 year old daughter and I while we visited our son who is at UCSB. The backyard was delightful, and we so appreciated all of Dawn’s local recommendations. Being within a short walk of State Street and so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had another wonderful stay. We’ll be back.

We loved our stay at Jesse's place! Gorgeous accommodations, close to the beach, responsive host - everything we could've wanted.

Location walking distance to the beach, right across Hwy 1, was great, and short drive into Morro. Sylvia was quick with communication. Her house had everything we needed. Had some run ins with ants in the kitchen but nothing major. Just couldn’t leave food out on the counters overnight.

We loved it here at Aaron's cottage. The place was furnished with love and we had everything we needed for our stay. The deck was perfect for our two pups and Aaron was just so hospitable. He made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The location itself is ideal! Lemons galore and a quick walk to the Arroyo Grande Village for a glass of wine, outdoor dining and the best bakery (Mule) to grab your coffee and croissants. The kitchen was also set up beautifully and we were able to make some healthy meals to offset the decadent ones. I would highly recommend that you stay here and I'll be back if we come back to this area!

We loved our stay at this little hummingbird cottage. We were in town for a specialty dog show and it was a great place to call home base and a place to relax. My 2 corgis loved the safe yard, but since it was fire season we didn't use the fire pit. Hope to stay again next year when we are back in town!

Beautiful home and perfect location near the ocean, the Oxnard Beach Park, and Marina. We loved the area and went for walks everyday. Also, the host is very responsive.

A lovely, comfortable and easy stay. The lighthouse is one of our preferred places. Location is also great.
