I am delighted with the balcony and the views. It was better than I had ever had. The apartment is cozy, clean, but the view from the balcony is better than I expected. I am also delighted with Ferran and his wife — they are lovely, nice, kind people. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, and help. Ferran and will meet you from the station and take you back if you need. He also suggests showing around. The internet in the devices is great, it was important for me to work and no problems. It was uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa, there are springs, but 2 spacious beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. The location of the apartment is excellent: there are 2 small shops nearby. There are large shops a bit further away. There are also many small shops with fruits, household and beach goods, with clothes. Chic promenade, restaurants, bars, ice cream. I'm happy with the place and would like to come back again.

although I was touched by a week of abnormally unattainable weather, the stay was fantastic. The apartment has everything you need, clean and equipped, ... and a window that places you on the sand, which is relaxing even with a somewhat scrambled time, and with such easy access that you take any time to go to the beach for a swim or a walk. And there, walking the walk to one or the other side, you find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and in general the basic services, perfectly integrated in the free spaces, without the feeling of continuous and suffocating bazaar.

This is a beatiful place. Everything is as decribed or better. The apartment is very close to the sea and there is lots to do on the beach. The apartment is much bigger than in pictures, very clean and everything is of very good quality...bedlinen, kitchen stuff. We really enjoyed our stay. The bus to Valencia is right outside the apartment so easy to get there. Alicia was so very helpful to us, and helped us with moving. She also provided lots of tips and recommendations. I would def recommend the apartment and also recommend Alicia as a host.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Lovely Rosa, very friendly upon arrival. Five minutes from the basics and close to the freeway For my travel needs it has been great.
