Stayed for nine days at the air bnb. Pauline and her husband were very friendly and the place was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Plymouth and can recommend staying there.

I would highly recommend this place. It is in a lovely village surrounded by fields with an excellent restaurant within walking distance and a church full of history. Well located with access to beaches and towns easy with a large supermarket, just a short drive. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Chris is a great host- friendly and helpful with plenty of advice about the local area if required. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I and our dog spent our beautiful vacation at Laura cottage. The Yealmpton area is really worth recommending. We are in this area every year and we constantly discover something new. Laura's house was wonderfully prepared, clean and cozy ... We did not have the opportunity to meet Laura in person but thank you very much for everything ... and see you maybe next year !!! We stayed at Penny's place for several months and it's been a home away from home for us. The house was very clean when we arrived and Penny provides linen and towels for us on a regular basis to help keep everything feeling fresh. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfy; the bathroom also was very clean and easy to maintain during our stay. It's quite easy to keep the place warm during winter without much effort which was great for us since we're not from the UK and aren't used to the cold weather. Penny provided plenty of local recommendations for places to eat, see and explore. She also is very responsive and has been helpful at every moment. The place is located just outside of Yealmpton which means it's very private but also close by to local shops, and not too far of a drive from the centre of Plymouth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Penny's place and would absolutely recommend staying here for short and long term durations.
