Vacation rentals with beach access in Skegness

We had such a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place. It was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. Kelly sent clear instructions and replied quickly to any questions we had. We managed to park right outside everytime and moved the car to the next road over so didn’t have to pay any parking. The beach is straight across the road and long and sandy. We had lunch at Oliver’s which was 5 minutes away by the beach and walked to the boating lake which was lovely. The shops were about a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us ☺️

We had a great stay at Jimmy's place. It was lovely and warm when we arrived on a freezing day. Jammy was quick to respond to my questions and requests. The location is fantastic. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

Claire was a great host . The welcome basket was very kind and much appreciated. We know the area , it was lovely to be able to walk into the town from the property . We had a fantastic time at Marsh Gate House! The property was clean, spacious and in a great location. The photos on the listing don't do the house justice. It was bigger than we expected and really well equipped. Great kitchen with everything you need, including two fridges. We'd 100% stay at Alexa's house again. We loved it!

I’ve stayed at Alison’s property most weeks for business during the last 3-4 months. Every stay was great - the house is clean, warm and safe, and has everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. If there were any ever issues, Alison was easy to contact and quick to respond and take action to sort any problems. I can’t fault the house nor Alison as a host. I’d thoroughly recommend this property to anyone coming for a holiday or on business.

Hunny Hideaway was the perfect place for a weekend away enjoying some much needed family time. The accommodation was amazing! So clean and well equipped- everything had been thought of. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated and a really nice touch. We loved all the beaches in the area and the kids and dogs had a fantastic time running in all the space. Thank you again for a brilliant weekend.

Amazing find on AirBnB. The house is deceptively spacious, fitted to an exceptionally high standard. Spotlessly clean, right next to the beach, and hosts who were very helpful. Great spot for a bit of a beach break!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house is perfectly kitted out for a stay with friends. Simon and Roz have thought of everything: space to hang clothes, sink and kettle in all of the rooms; the little welcome area with all of the information needed to hand; ample space to move into and games to play. We really appreciated all of the information that came beforehand to enable us to plan for our stay and our only worry before was parking but we needn’t have worried as it was super easy. Perfect location - next door to Tesco and a walk away from the beach, arcades, shops and restaurants. We followed a recommendation and ordered a takeaway which was delicious too! We can’t thank you enough for a perfect New Year.

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie’s for the new year and couldn’t have asked for more! The photos don’t actually do it justice as the apartment is stunning and a lot bigger than what we expected! Couldn’t recommend Valerie enough x

Good location and easy to get where you need to go, handy to have parking available on the street too. The flat has all the basic amenities you need for a short stay, but be mindful to bring toiletries/soap/tea/coffee etc though as these aren't provided. Chanel was very responsive and helpful when we had some very small issues during our stay, overall a really good place for the price ☺️

Perfect for a couple getaway. Spotless, beautiful and easy to access. Information packet was really helpful as well! Would 100% stay here again if we get another opportunity to go to Hunstanton.

This property was a beautiful place to live, it was lovely and clean and very cosy and easy to get to shops, I felt really at home and I will recommend to anyone that comes to Mablethorpe.
