Very nice 2 bed property close to all attractions, shops, places to eat and bars etc We found it easy to find and get into property. Added bonus of 2 parking spaces. The old b & b in front is a bit untidy looking as is the area behind but the apartment is very modern with everything you need and although small it was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Only thing I would change is a more comfortable sofa as that is only seating and it was a bit hard. Also a sensor light at the side down drive as it was a bit uneven under foot in the dark. Overall a nice place to stay and I would definitely book again.

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

Really nice place suprisingly close to the Hunstanton beach. The response time whenever I had a question was pretty quick and helpful, with images alongside to add. The lockbox worked fine, was able to get inside very easily and settle down. The bedrooms, Kitchen and Lounge were all clean and comfortable, and overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed for a long weekend at Celia's place. It is well located and short walk from everything that Skegness has to offer. All 4 members of our family enjoyed the stay and the quality of the accommodation.

Very clean house. Provided us with milk,tea and coffee on arrival. The host helped us really quickly when we couldn't lock the door. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to stay and if in Cleethorpes would stay there again.

A great location for me and the family to enjoy Hunstanton. The house was spacious enough for us, parking was easy, great to be able to store bikes safely in the garage

Very responsive host, answered any questions before we arrived and gave us lots of info The accommodation was great and was exactly as we expected from the photos , welcome pack was lovely bread milk ,bottle of wine , crisps, cereal and activity packs for the children to keep them amused Everything in the house was of excellent quality and everything you would need to make it home from home was there. Loved the guest book and guest suggestions book was visible and well filled in by others Will definitely recommended to others and would book if we come to Hunstanton again

Every question or request I had for Siobhan was answered or met very quickly. She also managed to sort us an early check in time which was great as we had to decorate for a birthday! The house was in the perfect location with the beach, shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away! Overall the house was amazing, with beautiful decor and furniture, and plenty of space ! If I am ever in Cleethorpes again I will 100% be booking here! Would recommend 100%

We were very impressed with our stay at Stuarts home. The downstairs space was fantastic to keep us all entertained. The games table was a particular fan favourite. We had everything we needed in the home and more! Hair dryer, towels, plenty of kitchen utensils to have a night in and cook. Not to mention the jigsaw puzzles and board games available too! The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach and at the end of the street there is a huge arcade with bowling, darts, a wacky where house and bar, accommodating for all! Stuart was very quick to respond to messages and supported us with checking in earlier which was amazing. 25 minute drive away from Donna Nook Nature Reserve, absolute must go in November or December to see all the new born seals. Overall fantastic weekend ❤️

Comfortable, bright and very spacious apartment. Attractively furnished in retro style. Very comfortable beds with very good quality bedding. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely convenient for public transport with bus stop just outside the property and small, wellstocked Tesco store next door. Generous welcome basket provided.

Been before so knew what to expect ,comfy clean ,homely and faultless great spot ,cosy stay again and main thing was dog friendly so ticked our boxes ,will defo be returning,thanks again .

Good location and easy to get where you need to go, handy to have parking available on the street too. The flat has all the basic amenities you need for a short stay, but be mindful to bring toiletries/soap/tea/coffee etc though as these aren't provided. Chanel was very responsive and helpful when we had some very small issues during our stay, overall a really good place for the price ☺️

Perfect for a couple getaway. Spotless, beautiful and easy to access. Information packet was really helpful as well! Would 100% stay here again if we get another opportunity to go to Hunstanton.
