benny's house met all our expectations, very nice, functional and clean, you can see that it has just been renovated with care, there is everything you need, and if something is missing Benny is always available so you don't miss anything, in short, it's like being at home! the location is great, in just 3 minutes by bike (provided by Benny with lock) you reach the free beach and the promenade with all the shops and ice cream restaurants and bars, all at your fingertips! even if the station is close with the windows closed, you can't hear anything. a great added value is the outdoor space, spacious, cared for and intimate, we also parked inside the car, very comfortable. SUPER shower on the veranda,really comfortable! we thank Benny so much for his kindness, a really helpful host, if you want to spend a holiday in Montesilvano with all the comforts and comforts, we recommend this place!

Marco's apartment is exemplary. It is in impeccable condition very clean and everything is new. A few meters from the sea and a free parking space at the front door. Since the weather was not suitable for swimming in our week (mid-September), it was rainy and windy he even offered us to stay longer because the weather became nicer. Our stay (for business), it allowed us to discover this small apartment, furnished with care, with an excellent wifi connection that gave us the opportunity to work quietly. The presence of the washing machine was essential for those who, like us, often move around. The location a few meters from the beach and the sea is the highlight of this structure, a relaxing walk after a day of work on the waterfront has oxygenated us.
