Loved staying here, felt so safe and right at home. Rick is the best host, and Mojo a great canine assistant. Rick was so accommodating and also brought flowers, which was such a nice touch. Will absolutely stay here again, what a lovely time. And great place, I mean wow. The view with the sunset was incredible. And wonderful space overall. <3

Donna was a very gracious and friendly host. The apartment has wonderful perks, including gorgeous greenery all around, with a lemon tree right off the deck and the fragrance of gardenias wafting! I’d love to return sometime.

This was for sure one of the best AirBnBs I stayed in. The apartment offers everything you need, no matter if you are staying short or longterm. It was very clean and you feel right at home. As you can see the Hollywood sign from the apartment I recommend to open the windows in the morning, get a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. The neighborhood felt safe so you can walk around easily to get to all the restaurants and cute shops on Sunset. The hosts were very responsive and I enjoyed having a talk when meeting them. Thanks again for having me, I would love to come back!

We stayed in Kat and Rory’s beautiful casita for a little over a month and loved it. Kat was friendly, thoughtful, and communicative the whole way. Casita fits a couple if you don’t mind getting cozy. The furniture is comfortable. The bathtub/shower is very nice, and sizable: My boyfriend and I are tall (he’s 6’4; I’m 5’10) but were able to take solo baths in the clawfoot tub (rare). Kitchen is small but has tons of amenities. No microwave, but that is in the description. WFH is doable but if you’re looking to get out of the house to work — I did, often — the Los Feliz library is just a 5-minute walk. On that note, the location is perfect! The casita is on a quiet street with a Metro stop two blocks down the road. Two grocery stores within a 15-min walk. Cafes and restaurants galore along Hillhurst Ave. Very vegan-friendly, but it’s LA. Silver Lake is a 5-min drive. Malibu Beach is <40min away. PARKING — best done before 7pm. Otherwise, forget it. That’s LA for you.
