I desired a complete rental that would eliminate any concerns over the need to obtain additional items. Doris provided a spectacular unit that included everything that was required!

Conversation with my daughter when I told her we were leaving this Airbnb in Dauin: Her: But I don't want to leave - this is the best place ever! Me: Oh really? Why do you like it so much? Her: Because of the dogs and the pool So yes, our kids (aged 6 and 8) absolutely loved this place. It has a very cool and unique design. Great access to the beach and pool. And very convenient access to the Liquid Dive resort next door (we liked going there for breakfast).

Such a beautiful place! The road is a bit loud but when you have all the windows and doors closed at night it’s really not an issue when trying to sleep. Very helpful staff around and such a lovely haven in the busy city.

I really enjoyed my stay in Gael's treehouse. I left the windows open at night and it was so breezy I didn't even turn on the ac. And you're right on the ocean, so you could hear the ocean . very relaxing , and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. But not too far. Dumaguete is just 7 km. away. And Gael was very responsive, and his scooter arrangement made things very convenient. Thanks for everything Gael. I would definitely stay in the treehouse again!

We had a lovely stay and our host was so helpful. The location is pretty far from town and we didn’t plan on that but with a scooter you can get around easily. We had the best driver while we were there. He took us to the whales sharks, into town for groceries and to dinner. We stayed 3 nights and he was so helpful. We had a great stay in Skye’s apartment. It is clearly worth the price. The unit is very spacious and peaceful for us (7 persons). The living room is very spacious as well and a dining set that can accommodate a big family. It has a high end set of furnitures and fixtures. The kitchen exudes a modern and minimalist aesthetic. It has clean, inviting, and has stylish space. It has complete set of cooking and baking wares needed especially if you are a kitchen person and would just like to stay at home. Comfort rooms are literally very comfortable to use and spacious. The apartment also has a big open area where the occupants can use for outdoor family activities and for parking. Restaurants and bars are also very accessible. I would definitely book again and would highly recommend to others.

If you like privacy, peace and quiet, this location has two rooms overlooking the sea and an excellent protected coral reef for experienced snorkelers, a view of the channel and Cebu. If you want Dumaguete nightlife and restaurants, its a 45 to 60 minute drive. A bit tricky to find the red gate the first time, just past the CK gas station going north from San Jose. There are lots of carendarias nearby, and a nice rooftop resto at Wuthering Heights about 5 min drive. Best enjoyed if you have a car, but local transport is cheap/abundant during the day. At this time, the highway north from Dumaguete is under construction in numerous places, and at night, many motorcycles and tricycles drive without lights -- so you really need to pay attention. There are many new fast cars, trucks and buses, but these are often blocked in single lane areas by slow moving motorcycles, tricycles and jeepneys -- so beware -- lots of illegal passing going on... Super nice host and staff.

This review was difficult to write. I am still a little annoyed.  The reviews I read prior about this place were spot on. The place is dated and is in need of a serious refreshing. That matters little. You are right on the southern tip of Cebu looking at Dumagette in one direction and Siquior in the other. You are in a residential area with very light beach traffic. Only once at night did I hear a waft of loud music in the distance. You do feel secluded.  We had three to four hours of blue skies and sunshine during our four day stay that mattered little. You are in a fenced in area the property beautifully arranged with gorgeous flowers,  bushes and shade trees steps to the sea and an odd for this hemisphere a deep pool. A complete kitchen with everything you could think of and I do mean everything. The host is whacko tried shaming me for her jacuzzi not functioning properly host is a few cards shy of a full deck but place is awesome. All we had was cloudy days and it mattered little.

I have stayed in so many Airbnb's over the last few years around the Philippines and only some of them stand out to me in terms of the overall experience and this was one of the top notch experiences without a doubt, the host is extremely on the ball with making sure your experience is perfect With great communication quick to reply just wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Coupled with the unit itself which is spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I'm big on having a comfortable bed and I've been getting incredible sleep here. I love when an Airbnb just does all the little things right it makes you want to keep coming back to that place, this is definitely one of them I highly recommend!
