Vacation rentals with a pool in Sibulan

Very nice secluded place to stay. Extremely easy check in with the instructions given. It has always been a pleasurable stay with Melanie.

It was a great stay at Joy's place. She is very helpful and even provided us with pickup from the airport to her location. Overall the place matched the description and the pictures. 10/10 would recommend.

We had such a great time here! Up there with the best Airbnb’s I’ve experienced in the Philippines. White sand beach and truly beautiful view and amazing pink sunsets. The snorkeling equipment and kayaks were definitely a plus. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. The host is very responsive and helped us with all the questions we had. You’ll be seeing us again soon 🙂

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a separate building in a gated off front yard. There is plenty of space inside and the bathroom felt very new and clean. It’s situated close to the dive resorts/centres. We were able to walk from here to restaurants, cafes and bars. The host kindly sourced a motor for us to use when we wanted to drive to Dumaguete. We would highly recommend staying here.

The host is so kind and very responsive, she will recommend trusted drivers para sa mga walang rides pag naka booked dun. The place is clean super na relaxed at na feel at home ako sa whole stay ko with my fam. Medyo malayo nga lang yung lugar pero if you have a car or motor walang problema. I highly recommend the place super ganda yet very affordable.

Jun place is lovely, has everything you need for cooking and also walkable to restaurants amf coffee shop. place is very clean and Jun is very friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. we would love to stay at Jun's place again when we come back in Dumaguete. Jun place is highly recommended

Mae was very accommodating and responsive. The place was clean and well-equipped.

Too bad there is no Wi-Fi Abens has some noise from ser bar opposite, but after 23:00 is quiet. Would be good who would have toilet paper for the first day. The marina offers a good infrastructure and is very very very safe. Where Dumaguete is very safe

We love the place although there was a minor problem when we checked in… but it was fixed just a minor miscommunication! Manang Cita was very nice the caretaker! The place was very nice and very convenient to everything! I can highly recommend Jasmine’s place!

We had a great experience staying at Nellie’s! The hosts (Ms. Nellie and Sir Harry) were very kind, helpful and responsive. Sir Harry was with us during check-in and we were properly oriented about the unit and our surroundings. They were also easy to contact with when needed. The unit itself was spotless clean upon check-in and it was just as described in their post! There were many amenities at the condo and the free parking was a bonus for us. Overall, we were able to rest well in their unit. The only hope we had was for a microwave as we did have some leftovers from eating out on our first night. Hehe! But that’s okay, we’ll definitely book their unit again in the future and will recommend them to our family/friends if they plan on going to Dumaguete. Mia’s place was very comfortable and spotless. I also appreciate that she’s provided toiletries, bottled water, coffee and kitchen paper! I know these are basics but not everyone provides these nowadays. I particularly loved my corner bedroom - beautiful views of the sea! Mia was responsive and considerate. She let us check in several hours early which really made it convenient for us especially that I was with my elderly mom. Thank you, Mia and Rowena!

Thank you Reynald for a great 3 week stay in Duma. The condo was very nice and clean. Great views of the pool and ocean from the bedroom too.

This is my second stay at this place still always amazes me how convenient this place is for my needs. There are a lot of things to do and restaurants are abundant in a mere walking distance. If you have to go further, public transportation is readily available. The place faces the mountain and away from the street and establishments so it is quiet. I highly recommend Kaye’s place and will be back again.
