Monthly Rentals in Shimoji-shima

You can experience the life of an Okinawan private house very reasonably. I was able to spend time without any inconvenience, and the nearby bonito shop was sold on a scale, and the cuckoo was delicious. The weather was bad, so we took care of the check-out time, and we had a relaxing time.Appreciate kindness.

This was not our first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be our last! Whenever we visit Okinawa, we always choose this place because it feels like a second home. The house is always spotlessly clean, and Keiko san’s generosity and kindness make every stay exceptional. One of our favorite parts of the property is the beautiful garden — it’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax in the evenings. This time, we traveled with our daughter, and the host went above and beyond by preparing a baby bath, toys, and child-friendly kitchen utensils, making our stay even more comfortable. We truly appreciate all the thoughtful touches and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much Keiko san for another wonderful experience!

Located at a peaceful neighborhood, Shingo’s place is a great place to take a good break after a busy day of snorkeling or sightseeing. It also has a famous bakery and burger place within walking distance, so try it out if you have a chance. The residence is just as it is in the pics, with two comfy beds and a spacious room. Easy and very accessible parking located just next to the front door. The water faucet outside is great for washing off stuff after visiting the beach. The TV inside is equipped with YouTube, Netflix etc. so it’s great to watch something as well. Definitely would recommend this place and loved the stay!

I stayed for two nights, three days. I was a little worried about insects, but I was relieved that the measures such as insect repellent spray were complete. In addition, the sky was full of stars and a 10-minute drive to the beach, so the surroundings were quiet, and we enjoyed Miyako Island! I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.Thank you!
