Monthly Rentals in Sherrelwood

This felt like our home away from home! Everything we needed + more were available for our stay here. We are looking forward to being back!!

Very clean and very cozy! My husband and I stayed here with our two kids, and we had a blast. It's a great location with easy access to Denver and Boulder. It felt very safe with the outdoor lights and it was really nice to have a designated parking space off the street. The bedrooms were identical, and the host graciously provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ear plugs, a sound machine, vanity with lighted mirror and hair dryer were in each room, and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishes/seasonings we needed to cook dinner and breakfast easily. The living room and the backyard both had comfortable seating and fun games which made for great hang out time. The host was very nice and very responsive when I reached out with questions. And again, the place was immaculate. I've never stayed anywhere that was so clean and charming!

Overall, Jessica’s place was great! We stayed there for about 4 weeks total. The townhome matches the photos on the listing, and there are multiple places to park. She has great amenities for a longer stay, including being pet-friendly, very nice cookware, a dishwasher, washer & dryer, and fun LED lighting. There are also walking/running trails nearby, including Jim Baker Reservoir and Sloan’s Lake Park. It is about 20 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from CU campus, so it’s an ideal location for many! As a host, she was very accommodating for our check-in time, and she checked in to see how we were doing during our stay. We would highly recommend her and her townhome for those visiting the area!

Our plan landed earlier than expected. I communicated with Alla about checking in a bit early, and she had no problem with allowing us to check in early. The space was very clean. There was a minor problem with the power going out, but it was a simple fix and Alla responded quickly to the problem. There were also dishes, cooking spices, and cook wear available. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
