Monthly Rentals in Shepton Mallet

What a lovely stay! Gorgeous space in a great location for exploring local attractions, Wookey Hole and Longleat are both a short drive. Marie had given us super clear instructions well in advance to be able to find the cottage, which is in a lovely quiet road. Parking is a little hit and miss but we did have 2 cars between us so more challenging than just finding one space! Conveniently, there is a Tesco Extra which is just a 4 minute drive away too!

We stayed 5 weeks and absolutely loved our time here. The location is perfect for us as we have family in the area but also for walking/cycling and access to Bristol and Bath. Jackie and Ian are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They live on site with their beautiful family but very much give you space and privacy. The apartment is modern and clean and accommodates 2 people comfortably. We would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and can’t wait to go back in the future. Thank you both so much.

Great stay in walking distance to the town. Authentic 50’s/60’s decor was very unique, and stirred up a lot of nostalgia in my parents who travelled with me. As it’s Christmas, it also had a sprinkling of Christmas decor, which was a lovely touch. Trevor was very responsive when messaged, and stopped to chat whenever he saw us. Lovely host, and a lovely stay, would highly recommend.
