An excellent stay. The location is easy to reach from the station. Also the moor market is close by. The place was clean. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lee was proactive and responded to my queries pretty quickly

Beautiful home for a family weekend getaway. Lots of interesting art and decor, and the house in general is a real treat to stay in. We parked around the corner as could not get on the street outside the house but this was not a problem for us. It is a quiet street so it is possible to unload outside the house before parking up. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs which can be used to prevent children going on the steep stairs if they are unable to open doors! If you plan to take a toddler it’s worth noting that there are some beautiful items in the property so we spent all our time there occupying our son to make sure he wouldn’t show an interest in touching anything, but there is so much to do in the area we found we were out most of the time. Unfortunately the boiler broke during our stay which is something which cannot be helped. Michael was very responsive despite being overseas and provided us a range of options inc finding a hotel for us and refund for the 2nd night

Hui Zhen is very efficient and helpful. The stairs are quite narrow and steep so carrying luggage to the room is not so easy. Otherwise all was as expected. Thank you.

Absolutely everything I needed whilst staying in the area for work Raymond is a real character, really enjoyed chatting with him. Would reccomend!

I stayed at Annie’s as a group of 6 friends for a walking weekend in the Peak District. If you are driving, then Annie’s place is perfect for a group stay. House was clean, comfortable, stylish and full of character, and amenities/features were as described. We used Chapel-en-le-Frith as a base with access directly to High Peaks and Annie was helpful in giving out recommendations and providing books/maps. Check in was in person - Annie was super welcoming and communicative both before and during our stay as needed. Would recommend!

Richard was a good host, quick to respond to queries and helped us check in a little bit earlier as the advertised check in is quite late. house was clean and tidy and the Netflix and amazon worked fine as did the WiFi. everything worked as advertised and well located, straight off the M1

Sharon was very flexible regarding the check in time and was there to meet me. The room was perfect for me with a very comfortable bed, and wardrobe. The bathroom was next to my room and I was able to use the kitchen. I was given a key to come and go as I pleased although it was also nice sometimes to sit in and have a chat with Sharon. This was my second stay with Sharon and I hope to be back next year.

We stayed here to visit family that were near by Liz was so accommodating as we had booked very last minute over new year. Her house was just perfect for what we needed and Liz allowed us to check in a little earlier as we were travelling a long way with our Autistic daughter. Would love to come at a different time of year to explore the area Much appreciated, we will be back !

Lovely place in a great location

Trudi was very helpful from the day we booked. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled and she said we could go right over and check in. Very cosy house with a good kitchen and a large sofa. The heating warms the place very quickly too.

Nice cosy cottage in Buxton, only 10 minute walk into centre for theatre bars and restaurants

Fantastic house, beautifully presented. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Felt cosy despite being a large house. perfect for a group of people. A very stocked kitchen - everything we needed. comfortable beds and crisp clean linen. We all loved it.

What a great find , the house is so homely and there is everything you need, even washing liquid and powder .Andy has thought a lot about what to provide in the house. Even games for all the family of different ages. Even maps for walking. The house was very clean and the beds are so comfy . Nothing was too much trouble for Andy.

Lovely spacious clean house, well resourced with pretty much everything you need. Walking distance to shops in and around the town. Beautiful town to visit. Lovely walk at country park nearby. Thank you.

Lovely house in a very central area of Bakewell. The traffic in town can get very busy so being able to walk to all the shops and pubs was very beneficial. We will definitely be back!

We have just come back from a weekend staying at the property. It is just as the pictures show. It is very clean and tidy. Keith was extremely pleasant to deal with and very quick to reply. He recommended a cafe/bar which is dog friendly which we loved. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Max's place was spotless and homely, with all that's needed for a peaceful weekend getaway. Max was very responsive and friendly on message, even letting us rearrange our check-out time. We felt very lucky to have found this place and hope to return 😊
