The apartment was very clean and is functionally furnished. Marianne has thought of everything you need for a stay in the apartment. She even put a fruit bowl with apples in the kitchen, a very nice touch. The info folder is exemplary and up to date. We felt very comfortable.

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

The place was as described, sparkling clean and comfy, the host very friendly and helpful. Easy and walkable access to bus and train station that leads to the center of Munich, also a line to the airport.

I was really happy in Günther apartment. It was so clean and he was so flexible helping me to arrive there. Extremely recommended!!

We stayed here while we visited the Christmas Market in Munich. Our kids loved playing with the foosball table and sleeping in the loft beds. The host was very responsive and gave recommendations of different markets in the area, and the best way to get to the Munich market.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

The house is stunningly beautiful. We were blown away by the house upon arriva and by how welcoming our hosts (Chris and Birgit) were. Perfect for a relaxing vacation and only 30 minutes from Munich centre, with the S-Bahn being located 1 minute away. Hohenbrunn is a great village with a superb local butchers, a bakery, and a farmshop (which can accommodate all your grocery needs). Definitely worth a visit to nearby Ayinger Bräustüberl too. What a great place to stay! The house was very clean, very inviting, and just a complete joy to stay in! Can’t say that enough! Absolutely love the sunroom in the kitchen. It was our favorite place to gather in the mornings to discuss or travels for the day. The living room was very spacious and roomy. There were 6 of us and we all had plenty of room! Julian was just AMAZING! He was very prompt with any questions and concerns we had and he always made sure we were doing ok. The area was super quiet and close to the bus stops that we used to get to the train stations. We walked a good bit around the area and we always felt self, even in the dark late evenings. We just had such a good overall experience there! When we go back to Munich, I’ll be sure to book this place again. I personally want to thank Julian for taking such good care of us and accommodating us with all our questions. Thank you again from me and my entire family!!

Simons place was absolutely amazing! Cozy interior with beautiful new kitchen, perfect to cook! The location was stunning right next to multiple lakes and hiking trails, perfect for a weekend getaway. The house its self was very clean and new, stunning bathtub with skylight roof. Will definitely come again and highly recommend!

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

We chose the accommodation because it is centrally located for us for planned excursions to Füssen, Zugspitze, Legoland, Augsburg and Munich. The contact with the host was very pleasant, friendly and informative. If necessary, very quickly accessible otherwise very discreet and uncomplicated. We find Airbnb's placement fee to be significantly too high, but the landlord is not responsible for this. The house was fully furnished. Everything was in the house and in the kitchen and of good quality.

The stay was very pleasant, quite good location only 8 min from the nearest train station. Very quiet but a little echoes a little, but otherwise a very good apartment 👍

Our family of 3 stayed at Julian & Lisa’s cosy cottage. The location was at the outskirts of Munich and easily accessible to Munich City with a 20-30mins drive. There are also ample food, cafe and groceries options that are within walking distances. There are also adequately stocked kitchen utensils that allowed us to cook a few meals when the weather was too cold to go outside. The cottage is beautifully built and it looks brand new. It is very clean and well taken care of. Julian and Lisa also prepared some simple snacks to welcome us upon check-in. We are glad to have found this marvelous cosy cottage and to be hosted by the friendly and approachable hosts. They were also very nice to offer us sound advice when we had some concerns with the changing weather conditions. Overall, a highly recommended AirBnB option when you plan to visit Munich. 😊

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

We had a lovely stay in Munich. Lemlem was extremely helpful and responsive. It was really nice meeting her during our check in. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. The location was also great - it was very easy to walk to the city center. The S bahn station was very close, as well. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be back in the future.
