Beautiful, well equipped and clean house in a very quiet neighbourhood that's close to train station. Has off street parking too. Hosts always contactable. Would thoroughly recommend if visiting Munich with friends.

The stay was fantastic! The place was super clean, exactly as described and offered everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to all major attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication was quick and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to have a nice time in GAP!

Firstly, Werner is a responsive and very helpful host. Everything provided in the house is complete, size of the cabin just nice for us, 2 adult and 2 kids. The surrounding was beyond our expectation that snow field is just next to the house, very memorable experience for our kids as this is their very first experience with snow. Amazing view too as we were surrounded by mountain There are buses coming in but not sure on the schedule, but I recommend to rent a car so that can explore the nearby area. Will definitely come back again in future

Katja is a super nice hostess. Very nice simple farm. Our children loved the house and surroundings. Very good starting point for tours and hikes in the Allgäu. Gladly come back.

We were lucky to get this place at quite short notice as we spontaneously agreed to go on a trip. 2 adults and 2 children were there. The place offers more than enough space to accommodate everyone. Theoretically, there would have been room for another person. The village where the place is located is very nice. Everything is within walking distance. The Lech that flows there invites you to take long walks. Beautiful area there. All other attractions are super easy and quick to reach by car. Even the initial doubts that there is no TV in the accommodation (the smaller participants have this) made us very nervous. But at no time was that missed. All in all, we are very glad to have had a place to stay from Micha. Who, by the way, is super nice and always available should there be any questions. I/We can only recommend it

We had a great stay at this property. The location, layout, equipment and of course the jacuzzi were great. The modern kitchen has everything you need. The conservatory and the terrace are very nicely made as there is a high quality glazing that you can practically open. Also, the view is very nice. Both on the hot tub and on the terrace you have a lot of privacy. The proximity to Kempten is great as you can visit a good restaurant there. By taxi about 12 minutes. The house was very clean and you felt comfortable. The living and dining area are very cozy and invite you to linger. All instructions, especially for the jacuzzi, are available again in the house in writing. So you can't go wrong and the beautiful days in the Allgäu can start right away. Overall a very well thought out house, which offers all the amenities you need for relaxing days.

The accommodation in the mountains was just perfect! Fantastic location with impressive views, cozy and well-maintained apartment and a service that leaves nothing to be desired. An ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend.

I can only recommend the apartment as a starting point for hikes and a relaxing summer vacation in the mountains. The apartment is quiet and yet the village shop (fresh rolls) is central and can be reached in 2 minutes, there is also a nice ice cream shop. The apartment corresponds to the description and is really well equipped for 5 people. Contact with Julian is also excellent. I'd love to come back.

Nice, very clean apartment in a great and quiet location! We had a lovely weekend there and enjoyed the tranquility. The landlord's brother lived above the apartment, but that didn't bother, because he is very nice! Communication and check-in worked out great. The Christian decoration may take some getting used to for younger people, but otherwise everything was GREAT! Highlighted are the new and super clean bathroom and a perfectly furnished kitchen!

We felt very comfortable during the five-day stay. Highly recommended for a ski holiday as a place to stay. The location and distance to restaurants in the village is perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Nice new apartment in a quiet place with an elevator and an underground parking. Beautiful view of the mountains and the big ski jump. Everything was fine, except: - no AC in the top floor, hot during the day, - some windows did not have sun shades or curtains, - low ceiling, - noise from occasional helicopters that were flying too low and too often.

Isabella is a super sweet and friendly hostess. The house is beautiful and you feel right at home. We stayed there for 5 nights and would definitely be guests there again if it attracted us to the area. My favorite is the tiled stove in the living room, it gives the whole house a pleasant warmth and simply has charm. All around we were very peaceful and can only recommend it.

Beautiful home with extremely accommodating host

I'm very glad to have come across Margaret. She answered my questions very quickly! The property is located in the idyllic Apfeldorf near the Ammersee. You can park under a carport and have a separate entrance to the apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped! I will definitely return! :)

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

The house is very nice, large and modern. We felt very comfortable. What you should know, the room upstairs is open. The room downstairs has a large glass door that doesn't really close, large gaps to the right and left of the door. So if someone snores upstairs you can hear it downstairs, especially if you hear as well as I do and are sensitive. Thus, the 2 rooms only gave us something to a limited extent. Otherwise, but everything is really great!

We stayed there for a few days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and in great condition, especially the fireplace was a highlight. We also liked the kitchen, super equipped and cozy. We had a good time and would be happy to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.
