Great spot for walks on the beach, and a good launching off point for exploring nearby parks and towns.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Kathleen's listing for our anniversary. Overall we did enjoy our stay. There was a lot to do within driving distance. We enjoyed the bars/restaurants within walking distance especially! The space was clean and well taken care of. We loved the heating units in apartment. It kept the space nice and cozy the whole time we were there. There was a small issue of lighting in the kitchen area. Kathleen was very apologetic and offered to come replace the bulbs. We declined since we were out for most of the trip. The light from the bathroom and bedroom were enough! The bed was listed as a queen, but it felt more like a full. Our sleep was so-so. As stated in the listing, the stairs leading up to the apartment are steep. The railing chosen was skinny, making it feel kind of unsafe. Especially going down. Minus those things, I WOULD recommend Kathleen's space to everyone! It's quaint and close to everything in Astoria. Thank you for letting us stay, Kathleen!

We had a lovely New Year’s Eve at Patti’s place. It was so cozy but not crowded. Great location near downtown, walking distance. Patti was so helpful and so friendly, nothing but great things to say about the experience, and many thanks to Patti.

We loved this place!! When we come back to Astoria we will definitely be wanting to stay here! We were so happy to be able to walk to the downtown area and the neighborhoods surrounding the place were just gorgeous!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully restored and updated home. Three couples felt right at home and had plenty of space. We enjoyed the covered porch, modern kitchen, and lovely, uncluttered decor. We all agreed we would stay here again next time we explore the Astoria area.

Great cozy little studio close to downtown Astoria. Super clean and comfy. Kerri and Dean were very accommodating regarding check in and check out times. Would definitely recommend.

Location is outside of downtown, which is good and bad. Don't have to deal with throngs of people, but it's also right on the main road. Road noise isn't a problem for us - we always sleep with white noise machine, which I'd recommend. Honestly never even really noticed the traffic outside unless a semi was going by. Lots of really cool places to go nearby - downtown, cape disappointment, Fort Stevens, etc. Our dog is older and had a difficult time with the stairs - somehow I failed to realize that this is a loft (clearly stated!). The space was roomy and comfortable, and the decor was universally tasteful.

This is a beautiful location! Perfect for couples and families looking for a base camp to explore Astoria and the surrounding communities. 5/5 would recommend.

Nice place for rod run. Just out of town but right on main street. Perfect for what we wanted. Little older place maybe some would say dated but its a beach house.

We enjoyed our stay. It is nothing fancy but there was plenty of space and everything was fully stocked. Love how pet friendly it is but wasn’t dirty of pet hair. Plenty of linens and towels. Beds were comfortable enough.

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this house! The location and the beach cannot be beat! Dog friendly rentals right on the coast are hard to find and this place is a dogs dream! The outdoor shower was the nicest I’ve seen at any beach house and was so nice with lots of people and dogs! The house has such amazing views and was stocked with everything we could have needed including beach chairs/towels. Charlie was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again

This place far exceeded my expectations. It was clean with plenty of room for everyone and remarkably well-stocked kitchen. The view of the water was much better than I expected.

The place was clean and we loved the wood stove for cold nights! Great location just a few steps from the beach - the town is teeny but has a grocery store up the road!

Loved staying at this home. James contact us as soon as we booked to thank us and welcome us. We felt at home from the time we arrived. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and the morning walks on the beach were amazing. The street is quiet and neightbors are all friendly. The home has everything we needed for comfort.

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

Wow what a place! The view from the floor to ceiling windows was worth the price alone! I felt so at home from the minute we walked in. So comfortable, so convenient. They had everything we could possibly need! Would love to come back!

Jamie’s place is the perfect place for any getaway, fully stocked with high quality appliances, cookwares, kitchen utensils, super comfortable throughout the house, very comfortable beds, extremely clean, close to the beach, restaurants and within walking distance to a grocery store. every detail is well thought out, perfection!!! It’s a very beautiful place, very scenic view from balcony. comfortable beds. We had fun time playing some board games and watching the view. Even though it was great in winter, but Ideal would be to visit in the summer!!

Great studio with everything one needs. It was truly a "home away from home" experience. Spotless, comfortable, and tons of supplies. Excellent internet for my work. The washer/dryer (only $1 a load) was just down the hall and vey convenient. I will definitely come back. Thanks Marlene!

Craig & Dulce's place is in a great location, just a few blocks from the many restaurants and shops in Long Beach. It was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth. They even had a birthday cake waiting in the fridge with decorations for my son's birthday! We found many small touches throughout the condo that pointed to what thoughtful hosts they are. One thing to note: the house rules and check-out procedures were extensive, and while I understand the reasoning behind them it was a little bit of a turn off. That said, we still had a great time and their place is immaculate.

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. Lovely kitchen, good bed, functional bathroom and closet. We walked to everything. Thank you for a great week-end.

Thuy was responsive and understanding. We requested to add a day to our stay and he was very accommodating. After traveling for several days it was nice to have a nice place to rest and regroup. The unit was comfortable and was a great layout for two couples. The kitchen had all that we needed and the bathrooms were very nice.
