Luxury rentals in Seagrove Beach

Our stay was wonderful. Home was close to everything and on a cul de sac. Trees surrounded the home making shade and beautiful. Peaceful and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. The porches were wonderful to be able to watch the children. The beds were very comfortable. Our stay was not long enough !!! Loved the house !!! Only down fall was the living room couch, it is way too low and very uncomfortable.

Amazing house in a great location, we had a blast! We spent our stay in awe of the home and its accommodations. The hosts were very communicative and flexible, which was greatly appreciated by our party. Prospective renters should be mindful that the home is in a residential neighborhood, and should be careful not to break local noise ordinances and disturb the lovely neighbors.

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay with Paradise30A!!! The location and views were impeccable, the hosts were in constant communication and very responsive with any requests or questions we had, and every recommendation they gave us was wonderful!! We had the best girls trip and were so relaxed based on all of the accommodations. Of anything, we only wish the trip had been longer!

The home is stunning and was perfect for our large group of multiple families/generations! The beds were comfy and the views were incredible. I will say to make a note that you can not use the elevator (states not for guest use, so think about older people/groceries/luggage etc) and while it boasts having a ton of private beach frontage, I think there’s public beach access nearby because the beach in front of the home was very busy almost the entire time we were there. Two minor things to keep in mind but I’d definitely book again!

Responsive and friendly host, beautiful and clean home, incredible view, prime location! We will return for another visit and would recommend this house to friends and family. Exceeded our expectations!

This is a fantastic house in a great location and exactly as described if not better. Lots of great amenities that the house offers. Take note that the company requires you to sign a contract that is largely reasonable but contains a clause that gives them the ability to swap the house for an alternate. We asked them to change the clause to make it clear this was only to be used in emergencies or if the house becomes uninhabitable, but otherwise the contract allows the rental company too much leeway. This should be revisited in the future to align with AirBnB policy and the way the rental is marketed more general. We loved this house and were very happy overall - no other complaints!

Our stay here was amazing. Great house in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the beach, pool, bikes and more. Will be back!

This stay was perfect for our girls trip! It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was amazing for evening swims or when we weren’t up for the beach. It was close to shopping and restaurants. All of us had our own space with our own bathroom which made it perfect to relax! Would 100% stay here again! Beautiful!
