Mark was not only responsive, but super friendly and helpful. The house is the most comfortable cottage. You feel like you are in the woods, though you are 100 feet from the roadway. Privacy was not an issue and I am picky with such. I wish I was a writer in need of a peaceful, clean place to work for extended time, so could stay there for months. I will certainly book this again. Thank you Mark and Loretta. One of, if not the best host(s) I have experienced in my many years booking AirBnB.

Patty is an amazing host. As the mother of a baby, it was nice to have extra amenities like a high chair, baby walker, playpen. At the front door there is a sign to not wear your shoes in the house because little ones are crawling around, which made me feel even safer about how clean the space was. Everything was spotless and homey. The place is a lot more spacious in person. Would definitely recommend. Will try to book this house every time I visit my family in Jersey.

We've stayed here twice now, hosting Thanksgiving dinner for our extended family. Ossi's place is well appointed for cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner! Comfortable all around for those of us that traveled here.

The place was lovely! It has a well stocked kitchen, an easy to use shower with ample hot water, and fun decor all around. We only stayed one night, and had hoped to explore the many walking trails in the area. Unfortunately it rained, so we spent time in central Princeton instead. It does say a great deal about a town that it has a dedicated violin store! We found an excellent coffee shop that allowed us to bring our dog into the enclosed porch out front. Paulette and Eric were excellent hosts. I would definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful view of the lake! Hesitate to recommend to older people, but if you can handle some stairs, it was great!

Julie was incredibly responsive when I had a question! She was very kind and friendly. The house was exactly as described and had its own private parking which was nice! It was clean and just like home. Very close to the seastreak ferry! My only suggestion is a small dresser/desk of some type in the larger bedroom - Just something small to place things on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jean's place! Jean was super flexible with an early check in. Having the fenced in backyard was great for bringing our dog with us! Also the living room set up is nice with a great projector and plenty of snacks! Highly recommend this place!

We came from Canada, very comfortable house for 8 people and a baby!we went to NYC in train easy from home! restaurantes, supermarkets etc Danny always helps us for the all questions

This was a Super Great Experience. We stayed for almost a year. Host was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. The place is awesome for those looking for a long term stay or short stay as well. Very safe and quiet environment with great neighbors. We recommend the place with not only 5 stars but 10 stars.

Micaela’s place worked out really well for a quick trip to the area to celebrate a family birthday. It is a comfortable space, and just as displayed in the photos. Easy drive to restaurants and stores. Micaela is a very responsive host, and very accommodating! We would stay there again!

The place was perfect! The train station just 3 min walk from the apartment. The location quiet and peaceful ☺️. Everyone was really helpful with our questions.. we would love to stay in this apartment again ☺️

The house is amazing. Very spacious and roomy. It was too cold to enjoy the backyard but I can see having some great times back there. The kitchen is very comfortable and offers all the expected amenities. The coffee pot even had both options; drip coffee and K-cup option. The home was even decorated with a Christmas tree as we're in that season. It was a very nice touch. Overall we loved the house. Carlos was very communicative. When we asked for more towels, someone was there the next morning to assist. Carlos also provided helpful restaurant suggestions. Mosst of the towels were very short and not your typical length. But def not a big deal. In general the house was clean. However, we did find what appears to be white dog hair in some rooms. There were also some small roaches in the kitchen. They could have been attracted to some of the food we had on the counters. The neighborhood was very "meh" as there are some projects down the block. No issues but we were wary.

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! We will stay again when we have a longer-term stay. Thanks all!

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

Location was centrally located for our needs. Clean and roomy. Looking forward to our next trip and will be looking to book again. Lauren was quick to respond to all messages. Excellent host and excellent place. Highly recommend.

Lovely one night stay during a long drive. Very quiet and peaceful, and Kim was a very responsive host. Will have to book again next time we make this trip. The shower was the best part. Super hot water :)

This was the best AirBnB we've stayed at in Princeton by far. The decor was contemporary/minimal, well-lit and intentional: everything had its purpose and its place. Lots of new/nice fixtures, and the shower was the best shower I can remember using anywhere. A quick walk to town/campus, Selim's place had everything that we needed (& then some). I would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow travelers, and will look forward to returning to it the next time we come to town.

This was such a great stay!! Amy was so helpful and accommodating. Bed is super comfy and neighborhood is so charming. Excited to come back and visit!

Impeccable Estadia! The house was great, very comfortable and cozy. Daniel was always very attentive, quickly responding to any questions during the stay! By bus, it's 30 minutes to Manhattan. I highly recommend!!

Cozy and cute place to stay! Loved the built in filtered water that was available as well as the easy to travel location. Close to the subway and a quiet location for Brooklyn. Artemie was very friendly and responsive as well.

Z was a super host. He took care of everything before we arrived. The house is tiny but has everything you need including a walk in closet. Kitchen is spacious, living room is comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thank you Z🙏🙏🙏

We were in town for a concert in Red Bank and the cabin met our needs perfectly. Ideal accommodations for two people and we were able to bring our dog along. An easy stay in a very comfortable setting.
