this is an outstanding stay! the host was always a text or call away ,he made sure we had everything we needed doing our stay! but let's talk about my favorite part.... the bathroom stone walls ,deep tup ,high pressure shower head after a long day of work the shower was always on my mind lol! the king beds OMG I couldn't have asked or found a better place. Oh New York is like 15 minutes away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had great time staying at Alice’s home. The place is clean n neat but more than that it had pleasant good feel happy vibe about it. Our kids had a ball hanging out n watching movies as each room had its own tv. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was in place from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom. We look forward to staying at Alice’s if we visit the area again.

If you're visiting New Jersey with a big family please don't hesitate to book. The space was more than accommodating for my family and I. These are amazing hosts with an amazing home.

Short family vacation of four with our pup. Oscar communicated well and quickly responded when we had a concern. The home is nicely decorated and clean, spacious enough for our family. Nice place to stay if you’re looking for good value in close proximity to NYC. People complaining about the neighborhood should know although it’s not pretty, it’s probably the safest area of Newark. And let’s be honest, if you’re staying here, you’re probably visiting NYC so you just need a comfy clean place to sleep. This apartment provided all of that with lots of room. Basics like coffee were appreciated for the morning after getting in so late. Great communication from the host regarding anything we needed.

We had an amazing stay over the weekend! The location is super convenient—just 5 minutes from Newark Airport and close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a fresh, inviting scent as soon as we walked in. The modern decor and cleanliness made our stay feel very comfortable. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the apartment’s proximity to great attractions, including Jersey Gardens Mall, American Dream Mall, and plenty of fantastic restaurants. Everything we needed was just a short drive away! Soliu was also an excellent host, always quick to respond to our messages and very accommodating. And most importantly, our son absolutely loved the PS5 in the apartment—it was a great bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

Excellent stay at the Ave. Second time there. Easy check in and clean/spacious apartment that was well appointed.

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Host was super accommodating after our original Airbnb didn’t work out due to lack of heat. This place was great! Heat worked well :) Clean. Beds were comfy. Very spacious and easy access to where we needed to go. Host was responsive. The pans were a bit scratched up and there was a strong cleaning product smell at check in but these were very minor. Street parking was easy to find. We would stay again!

We stayed for a night and felt like staying at a friends home. Exactly what we wanted. Clean, comfy and cute. Erica was very sweet and kind. Would definitely stay here again! Next time longer!

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

This is my second at the place, feels like home, everything was as described, very roomy, clean, very well equipped, will definitely stay again.

Igal is a great host. He came to the train station to pick me up and drove me to the house. He showed everything. Previously, he answered all my questions and gave accurate instructions. The house itself is located at a very safe and quiet part of the town. The train station is in a walkable distance. The room is quite big. The bed is not that comfy but bearable for a shorter time. Bathroom is great. Coffee machine, microwave, a small oven and a small fridge are provided. And NYC is a 40 minute train ride!

This is by far the best stay we’ve had since using AirBnB! Chad was very attentive, cordial, proactive! He recommended a few restaurants and activities, all were amazing! The place is way nicer in person! We have a place to stay for whenever we return to this area!

The apartment is just as you can see in the photographs, the place was very quiet, it had shops and supermarkets very close by. The check-in was quick since the directions to enter by Mr. Miguel were very clear. You can walk to the train station towards Manhattan about 30 minutes, or by Uber that charges about $12. The train takes about 30 minutes from New Jersey to Manhattan and you don't feel the transfer. Very grateful to Don Miguel, for his empathy and kindness since the airline delayed the flight back, we told him and he allowed us to check out later. The above allowed us to make time and rest a little longer before arriving at the airport. I definitely recommend the place and if I go back to New York I would definitely book it.
