We enjoyed Natalie's place! Our family went for a conference and it was easy access to the Prudential center , via scooter,nearby. Various great restaurants. She was very responsive and made sure we had the great experience! Thank you so much!

We had great time staying at Alice’s home. The place is clean n neat but more than that it had pleasant good feel happy vibe about it. Our kids had a ball hanging out n watching movies as each room had its own tv. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was in place from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom. We look forward to staying at Alice’s if we visit the area again.

We had both units. Loved having laundry, The game room was fantastic. Already planning on booking again.

Oscar is a great host and he was very helpful and responsive. His apartment is lovely and very clean. Everything was just as described and we felt very comfortable staying there. There are many restaurants in the area and it’s conveniently located.

Olufunmilayo was our shining light after having issues with a prior booking. She was quick to respond and accommodate us, and also checked in with us throughout the stay. We were lucky enough to be checking in as she was outside so we were greeted with a big hug! The place is spacious and just as pictured in the listing. Thank you Olufunmilayo!

Bryan's home was easy to get to and very near public transportation to activities nearbly and to NYC. Parking off street was convenient. It was easy to get into and out of the house. Regina met me when I arrived and thoroughly explained all I needed to know. Otherwise, information was clearly posted throughout the space. It was very quiet and peaceful. The cupboards were full (even a can of chicken noodle soup!) and there were all kinds of kitchen appliances and utensils. Soon after I left, Regina called me because I had left a small flashlight. Terrific attention to detail and considerate of me as a guest.

This was a Super Great Experience. We stayed for almost a year. Host was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. The place is awesome for those looking for a long term stay or short stay as well. Very safe and quiet environment with great neighbors. We recommend the place with not only 5 stars but 10 stars.

Micaela’s place worked out really well for a quick trip to the area to celebrate a family birthday. It is a comfortable space, and just as displayed in the photos. Easy drive to restaurants and stores. Micaela is a very responsive host, and very accommodating! We would stay there again!

The house is amazing. Very spacious and roomy. It was too cold to enjoy the backyard but I can see having some great times back there. The kitchen is very comfortable and offers all the expected amenities. The coffee pot even had both options; drip coffee and K-cup option. The home was even decorated with a Christmas tree as we're in that season. It was a very nice touch. Overall we loved the house. Carlos was very communicative. When we asked for more towels, someone was there the next morning to assist. Carlos also provided helpful restaurant suggestions. Mosst of the towels were very short and not your typical length. But def not a big deal. In general the house was clean. However, we did find what appears to be white dog hair in some rooms. There were also some small roaches in the kitchen. They could have been attracted to some of the food we had on the counters. The neighborhood was very "meh" as there are some projects down the block. No issues but we were wary.

Great location and accommodations. Only complain was the lack of good cookware, but Ruth says she will be addressing that based on our feedback. Great stay otherwise.

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! We will stay again when we have a longer-term stay. Thanks all!

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

Host was super accommodating after our original Airbnb didn’t work out due to lack of heat. This place was great! Heat worked well :) Clean. Beds were comfy. Very spacious and easy access to where we needed to go. Host was responsive. The pans were a bit scratched up and there was a strong cleaning product smell at check in but these were very minor. Street parking was easy to find. We would stay again!

Halima and Maya are excellent guests. We enjoyed the days we spent in their house. Very clean and warm. We locked ourselves out by accident. Halima helped us providing a spair key promptly. We are very thankful. We will certainly return if we need to.

Really great place... Stayed here 12 weeks during the summer to do an internship at a nearby company. Really clean, looks like a pretty newly renovated shower, and very quite at night. Igal communicated frequently and clearly, and was very accommodating to the various requests I had throughout the summer. The AC and fan were strong and kept me cool... was a lifesaver as this summer was particularly brutal and hot - but bring bug spray if you're planning on being outside!

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful experience we had. Thank you Mikhaela and Chad for the most wonderful stay at your truly amazing loft. We loved every moment. If you see this place as available for your required dates , book it! So much space! Easy walk to station to commute right into Manhattan and then you get the benefit of retreating to a peaceful and SPACIOUS loft after a big day in the city. And the area around the loft is easily walkable to cafes, restaurants and stores. We stayed with two children (9,10) and they absolutely loved it. All the amenities you will need (and more), so clean and just beautifully decorated. Chad and Mikhaela are truly the most wonderful hosts. Thank you so much for your hospitality, and the very thoughtful and unnecessary wine and treats! Do yourself a favour and don’t pass up the opportunity to have the experience we had at this amazing place! All the best to you, Chad and Mikhaela and thank you again so much!

When i tell you it was a struggle to find a good spot when visiting family in the area for the price . Cant beat it !! Very private and homey and host very responsive . Thank you and will be back

We stayed at Shelley and Abe's place for 2 weeks while we were in the area for work and it was perfect for us. The apartment is lovely: it's really spacious and spotlessly clean, with an extremely comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast wifi. We alos enjoyed being able to go for a quick workout in the gym after finishing work and having a dedicated parking spot in the secure, covered parking lot. We also took advantage of being just a 5-minute walk from the local train station to go into New York City on one of our days off. Shelley and Abe are excellent hosts: very friendly and responsive, and we loved the welcome bottle of wine! We would definitely stay here again.
