Place was fantastic and met our needs. The host was very responsive, even late at night. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The host was very thoughtful and even placed a new baby playpen in the unit after we informed her that we had a baby with us. Highly recommend.

My family of 6 stayed in this beautiful and spacious apartment for the holidays. 11days, we felt right at home, we loved it! We also loved that there was plenty of parking in street and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host Abi was very friendly and responsive at all times. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was the perfect get away for my teenage sons and I to stay just outside NYC. The house was roomy and extremely clean and the off street parking was a huge bonus. Travel into the city was easy and the value of the house was well worth it! My only complaint would be the noise as it was so close to the highway and airport, so there was always street noise, which is just something we’re not used to where we live. All in all, great place to stay for a getaway to the Big Apple!

Marcelo’s air bnb was simply PERFECT. So very clean , so very cozy ! Marcelo is extremely nice , and made me feel right at home. If you’re considering booking , do it. <3 I really enjoyed my stay and my frequent dips in the hot tub. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Warmly, Anissa

Really nice apartment just as the pictures. Spacious and very clean and some nice touches with kitchen provisions, lots of towels and bathroom supplies that are hotel standard. We wanted somewhere away from the city but still with easy access to Manhattan and Jersey both by public transport and car. The area is residential and on the whole pretty quiet apart from some occasional ships passing by in the port. The apartment is above a neighbour resident but they were away during our stay. It felt safe and only a short pleasant walk to the NJT Light Rail at 8th street around half a mile. From there just switch to the PATH train at Exchange Place or Hoboken. Super easy and around an hour into Manhattan. The area around Exchange Place is top for Skyline views day and night. We rented a car for a couple of days and there is off road parking. It’s well located to travel around and close to Newark Airport. Great communication from Mary before and throughout. Recommended!

Bigger and better than the pictures ! We rented this house for a family trip huge rooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect more than enough space . Great location . The only issue was I couldn’t adjust the heat but once I reached out to Tiran he responded and adjusted for me . I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting nyc and New Jersey

This is my second time staying at Joseph’s place, it looks just like the photos. It’s extremely clean and quiet, Joseph is very quick to respond to any queries. Also gave clear, easy instructions about checking in, no complaints from me, will definitely stay again.

Stayed here over the weekend with my family. This place was extremely homey, beautiful , clean and has a large backyard! There was different places to sit through out the back yard giving us the best relaxation time. Our host was super attentive to us and very friendly. Will definitely book again

Wonderful stay & a responsive host. A dedicated parking spot was definitely useful and created peace of mind. The best part about this 3rd floor cozy Airbnb was the kitchen area and supplies. You name it, they had it…there was every kind of cooking utensil AND seasoning. There was even oil that I used to bake my son’s brownies in the toaster oven. The bedroom area was surprisingly large with a work desk. The desk had ample drawer space. It was the perfect spot for me to grade my papers in the evening after teaching all day. Each room had a heater that you could control with a remote. Which made my stay cozy AND warm. On the first night after a stressful move I was starting to come down with something. But the tea ☕️ in the cabinet with sugar supplied, saved the day. You could tell by the decor, layout of the furniture, and cooking supplies that the host really paid close attention to detail. There hard work and intention really paid off towards a GREAT overall stay.

Syndie’s place is fabulous. It is exactly how the pictures looked and immaculately clean which is great as we are extremely fussy about cleanliness. The area is great for a New York stay as long as you don’t mind travelling by uber to the station and then a 30 minute train ride to Penn Station. We wanted a family vibe and to be able to come home to relax together after a day of sightseeing and this was just the ticket. Shops are close by and the Uber service was excellent. Travel costs were easily outweighed by the savings of not actually staying in New York. We went in everyday and it was easy enough. Syndie was extremely helpful before and during our stay as was the flats neighbours when we first arrived late evening as we rang his bell by mistake! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

New place to stay

Yard, jacuzzi, billiards close to NYC with parking

This place was amazing. It felt like a mini resort. The kids LOVED the backyard they practically spent the entire time there playing pool, ping pong, and darts. The jacuzzi was clean and at perfect temperature. The inside of the unit was brand new. You have both a private front and back entrance which was very convenient to get to and from the backyard. The kids also loved the bunkbeds in the first bedroom. I absolutely recommend this place!

Leslie is the best host you could ever want. She always responded to my messages before ,during and after our stay. She was always helpful when ever I needed anything . She even wanted to know if I needed any extra cookware or blankets during our stay. She told me where I could go to park my car and then get on the train or subway into N.Y.C as I have never been to this area before. Her home was clean and comfy in a nice quiet neighborhood. Having a hostess like Leslie made our stay in the area so much more enjoyable for me and my family. I would beyond a doubt recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting this area. Thank you Leslie for making our trip so pleasant.
