A perfect place to stay! Megan is a great host! Space is lovely and the added touches make it special , so special I am coming to stay another week! Bed is cozy with beautiful sheets and extra towels . She provides beautiful soaps and extra toiletries . The area is great to walk around easy to get to beach and restaurants , views are just wonderful from the space. Wonderful place to rest after a long day . Thank you Megan see you soon!

We had a great stay at this Poconos home! The house was very clean and well-maintained. It was conveniently located near different attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The open kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but the host informed us ahead of time, so we were prepared. Speaking of the host—they were incredibly responsive and friendly, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great experience! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

What a wonderful space! The apartment is a jewel; with a cozy living room space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bed. And Anthony is a friendly, responsive and gracious host. You can't go wrong staying in his place - and you might not want to leave! :)

Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

Eugene is a great host. Quick communication. Accommodative. Place is well packed with amenities and is large enough for a lot of people yet feels cozy. Nice big breakfast area and table for 16. Enjoyed our visit.

My stay here for the weekend went beyond my expectations. The hospitality is very welcoming. I was given a small tour during arrival along with the option to use amnesties to accommodate such as food, wine, etc…. Host was very responsive. For any one looking to book this room I recommend as this was my first AirBnb. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming older home over Christmas. Parking was easy. It was Ideal for our family of 3. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Princeton, and grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Natalia was immediately responsive to any questions.

Brian's place in Park Slope is lovely! On a gorgeous and classic brownstone street, just 2 minutes to Prospect Park and one block to 7th St with an abundance of great coffee and restaurants. We were a group of 4 and had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed and more :) Highly recommend!

We were in town for a concert in Red Bank and the cabin met our needs perfectly. Ideal accommodations for two people and we were able to bring our dog along. An easy stay in a very comfortable setting.

Denia’s place was really great! We stayed there for a week with friends and it was a nice experience. There’re buses to NYC at a 5 min walk, as well as a bunch of services and restaurants near the place. Denia’s instructions were very clear, and I would recommend it to friends.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

I am no stranger to Airbnb's. David was a fantastic, responsive host. This is the ONLY Airbnb I've stayed in that truly felt thoroughly clean especially the floors. The amount of places I've stayed where walking around on the floors left a gross dirt layer on my socks or feet is more than I can count but not David's place. It was spotless. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. So many Airbnb's furnished with very uncomfortable furniture but we felt very comfortable relaxing and recharging in the evenings. We had everything we needed and access to the washer and dryer was nice. About a 10 minute walk to the subway which was extremely doable. The neighborhood felt safe and was relatively quiet. I would absolutely stay in this Airbnb again.

My family had another wonderful vacation at Jane’s house. She’s a great host. The house is very clean and had everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great. The best is the backyard and heated pool. We spent most of our time there outside in the wonderful backyard. It’s close to sesame place, please touch museum and the Franklin institute. If you have young kids, it’s a great location. We plan on going back for sure!

Great location, easy to get to NYC!

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

Martha‘s apartment is really nice, with everything one could want, very nicely furnished, well equipped and extremely clean. The neighborhood in Forest Hills is very nice, with a good public connection to the city and all one needs in walkable distance. One thing one should consider is that there is no complete separation of living and sleeping room as the wall is open at the ceiling. The hosts are very nice and responsive. Thank you very much, Martha and Dylan! We will be back.

House is spacious, cozy, clean, has all possible kitchen utensils , lot of games, pool table is great addition, close to the pool area. Host is great and responsible. Pleasure to stay.

It was our 3rd time in this house and we’ll come again. Great place. Quiet community. Excellent wood-fired sauna. Heated floors are exacly what we need for our toddler. The house is nice and clean and Edward is very responsive.
