This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

This is my 4th time staying and every year new improvements are made. I enjoy my time at this location

We had a great time at Kristof’s airbnb. We had one issue where the fireplace was not working. Kristof answered super quickly and even came to the condo to replace the bulbs. Super nice and super accommodating. highly recommend

We had a great time staying at Paul’s place. It was clean beautifully, decorated, and more spacious than we anticipated. The pool, hot tub, and the fact that it was right on the mountain was great! We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about the kindness and generosity of Evelina and John! They went out of their way to make sure that we understood how everything in the home worked through a helpful YouTube video in addition to providing recommendations for local spots. Check in was easy breezy and they offered us an earlier check in without us even having to ask. Once we were there, we enjoyed the house so much and Evelina let us know we were free to reach out to her if there was anything else we needed. This is a warm home with tons of character, and we felt lucky to have been able to spend a weekend there!

We were extremely happy with our stay and thinking of booking an entire week next summer. It is very spacious, well kept, clean, and welcoming. Our favorite part was the parking. We had a total of 3 cars and we thought we were going to have to find street parking for 2 of them. To our surprise and delight there was garage space for 2 cars and driveway space for the third. This made our day upon arrival! The only disappointing thing for us was that you basically share the front porch/balcony with the unit next door, and unfortunately we couldn’t really use our porch too much because the people next door were always out there, were always loud, and were always smoking, and not just cigarettes. We understand that this was beyond the owner’s control however. One small suggestion would be to add USB outlets throughout the condo, in lamps for instance. We had a tough time charging our phones throughout the weekend. Overall, the condo is spectacular and we highly recommend.

Had 9 adults for the weekend. Place was clean, well decorated, inviting. Nice to be so close to the beach and boardwalk. definitely walkable to town and back. Kitchen has everything you need. Bring nespresso pods if you need your java in small cups. Host was communicative and hospitable. great weekend.

We had an amazing stay in Brigantine at Linda’s house! Super dig friendly with the fenced in yard, walkable to beach and great restaurants, and very clean and organized. Would definitely stay again next time we visit!

We stayed at this bungalow while we were in town for a fundraiser event. The home was very well kept, larger space than we expected. It was perfectly comfortable for us (2 couples). Kitty was very responsive and a wonderful host.

We felt right at home here. Location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk or to fun shopping and dining on Cookman. The house was just right for us and our two pups, but certainly could have accommodated friends if we wanted. Parking in the back was so easy. The yard was great and neighbors are really nice, too! Leilani checked in to make sure everything was ok, which was appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

Easy walk to the beach, great place if you have younger kids! Communication was great as well. Overall really happy with the stay, and my 6 year old stated it was one of his favorite places when we were leaving. If we return to the area in the future we'll see if it's still available to rent!

This was our 4th stay, 3rd during the Christmas season. As usual, a fresh-cut tree was decorated and lit up festively in the living room. The house is warm and inviting and is everything we could hope for in an "off the beaten path" stay in the area. Only a short drive to Washington Street, so you're not missing out on anything. Ellen and Michael are quick to respond with any inquiries and they could not be more accommodating. The only thing that could make our stay more complete is if we had a dog.

Laura, the host from 109 G St., was very welcoming and graciously granted our request to bring our Labrador Retriever. The house is perfect for a dog owner with a fenced in yard. Our dog was clearly very comfortable and happy! The location also felt very safe and has a gorgeous water view of the Bay from upstairs. The house was quite clean and well organized with everything we needed within reach. Laura was kind and accommodating and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. This is a prime family location within walking-distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk with easy access to stores and restaurants. The house is perfectly nestled in-between the Bay and the huge sandy beach just about a block away in both directions. It is a Gem.

We loved our stay! We had a great time as a family. one thing we thought of was we were very thankful our children were at the ages (5,3,2, 7 months) they were since there was lots and lots of glass stuff sitting around.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

Rudi and Kristina’s place was clean and exactly as described. It fit the three of us comfortably and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would recommend this place for small families looking for a relaxing time at the beach.

We have stayed here several times. The Cottage has everything we need and Micaela has always been responsive to our questions. The location is quiet and easy to get to.

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.

A wonderful place right on the beach! Comfortable mattresses, pillows, and. blankets. Great view. Clean and Karen was very responsive!
