Great, huge house with very nice kitchen, fireplace, nice, large sauna and a large Weber gas grill . The separate hot tub is also big enough for 5-6 people. We highly recommend it for larger groups.

We just left and really had a wonderful time in Börgerende-Rethwisch. Andreas' place is just right, really nice and cozy. The decor in the house is a great combination of modern, lovingly personal and a naturally rustic charm. We were adults and one toddler overall and all felt totally comfortable right from the start. The room layout is practical and the living space and kitchen are spacious and have given us plenty of space for shared cooking evenings and play activities. The garden is also really nice and since it leads out to the field also very quiet and close to nature. The place is really pretty and the sea is even within walking distance. The communication with Andreas was absolutely straightforward and relaxed, he was helpful and always available for questions. In any case, I can fully recommend the place. We had a great family reunion at Nina's house with 6 adults and 3 children (4, 12, 15). It is ranked 5 stars and we can only confirm this. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom with shower and in addition there was plenty of space in the wellness area. The house is fully equipped, even has an X-box (was well used by the kids) and a powerful wifi. The floor plans are thoughtful, the equipment is high-quality throughout. Nina was not on site at check-in, but took us on a virtual tour by phone through the house. No questions remained open. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the beach. Those who expect full beach promenades, many tourists and action are out of place. We enjoyed the tranquility of nature while cycling, jogging and the extensive walks. Nina for your hospitality! We are more than happy to recommend the house!

We stayed at the estate for a few days and felt right at home. Even if there are several houses on the present, you are very private and undisturbed. The property is beautifully located in nature and invites you to relax. Amenities and furnishings of the apartment are good and sufficient. Everything is clean and nothing is old and "torn off". Everything was very uncomplicated and you could start your vacation directly. Kühlungsborn is less than 10min away by car and is a nice possibility for beach, strolling and eating out.

We had a great stay with a larger group and were able to use both apartments in the house. Places such as Lübeck or Travemünde are easily accessible by car.

I highly recommend this place and Henry. The location is awesome, and it was absolutely quiet. Everything was wonderfully prepared, so I could start right away. It was absolutely cozy and just to feel good. Small tip (for the train drivers): The Lange Straße tram stop was a little closer than Neuer Markt and you pull the scooter over fewer wooden pavers. And the only downside - you would like to stay longer;-)

We really enjoyed staying at Petra's place. She is such a lovely hostess, with whom we felt immediately welcome and comfortable. She was there right away if we needed her help with anything. The place is clean, stylish, practical and nicely decorated and has everything we needed for our stay. Petra also provided a baby bed and toys for our 1 year old son. We also particularly liked the central location. You can walk directly on the lake to the center and Eutin is a really worth seeing town as we find :). As a small family, we were completely satisfied, can 100% recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back again! Thank you!

We had a very cozy stay in Anja's apartment, a big plus with the private parking space next to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay! The host Anja communicated well and we would love to come back again!

Highly recommended! We immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful, practically furnished and very clean apartment. Location is absolutely top - both surroundings and distance to the old town and public transport. The two landlords were always available for questions and always responded quickly. Would book the apartment again anytime.

We spent a couple of days at Christiana’s apartment while visiting family in Langenlehsten. Christiana wasn’t able to meet us but she communicated with us with very clear instructions for our arrival and during our stay, which was appreciated. The apartment is very homely and comfortable and is in a very peaceful location. Every room was immaculate and we had everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay at Christiana’s apartment again.

We stayed at Bastian's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable! For us more than enough of the place, everything made relatively new and for our children the property was paradise ! We had a good view of the garden and the storage box from the balcony, which is why our boys were allowed down alone. And the swimming pool is a real stroke of luck. Not a day went by without splashing and the water had a nice temperature. The way to the beach was announced and therefore no problem and on the beach itself everything was nice and clean and quiet. Bastian sent a very detailed description before the trip and simplified a lot.

There were six of us in the house. It was totally great there. Maritim furnished with beautiful pictures and the beds a dream! Great duvets. Very cozy and for the kids as often described here, lots of great play opportunities inside and outside. Kitchen was well equipped, nice candles for coziness in the evening. The different beaches were all great (the Lensterstrand was our favorite). Bed linen (bright and cozy) and the towels were white, soft. Also great. Plenty of cabinets and hooks were available. We were completely satisfied!!! Thanks Volker and Dana:)

We had 3 beautiful days at the Baltic Sea. Too bad the mouse didn't let us sleep a few times, but it was still a lovely time. And Mia, our Labbi dog, also liked it.

The place is ideal for a family with children, where children can enjoy fun in the garden with a playground and undisturbed sleep in a separate room. Tim and Pauline are very friendly, helpful and always immediately resolved all our requests. great 2 week stay.

We, a group of 7 women, were already guests in this house for the third time. It is and remains our little paradise. A fruit and vegetable basket from your own cultivation for reception, a homemade apple pie, followed by an equally megalecked plum cake from Danuta - just warmly, thank you so much!!! We love the decor and layout of the rooms of the house. The view into the garden with the hydrangeas and the small lake along with herring is pure relaxation. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes, great walks and sunsets included. Small pool and plenty of space for our daily yoga and Pilates units, on the meadow or in case of need also in the large living room. We remain enchanted by this location and the peace and quiet still works two weeks later. THANKS!!!

If you are looking for a few days of peace and relaxation, this is the place to have breakfast in a park among fruit trees with sensational views of a water lilies, early in the morning you have the chance to see a kingfisher while bathing, behind the house a beautiful stream, as far as the eye can see fields meadows and forest . Beautiful natural beach 15 min boltenhagen 30 min Lübeck or Wismar 45 min! Wi-Fi poorly the nearest baker 15 minutes away - didn't matter to us! Absolutely recommended!
