Super friendly and uncomplicated contact with Stephanie before and during our stay. The cottage was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation and tastefully furnished. Very good stay in this apartment, it is clean and there are more utensils than I thought in the kitchen. Microwave, mini oven, pans and pot…and lots of other things. Very responsive and kind host. I even extended the stay. Recommended.

cozy wooden house on the lake

We had a lovely stay here. The house is nicely decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt right at home. The house is very quiet and in 5 minutes walking you are already on the lake. Larger cities and the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Cozy apartment , 60 sqm, on the 1st floor

HeikeRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We immediately felt at home at Dagmar's place. Everything (and much more) was available. The apartment was bigger than expected from the pictures and therefore offers a lot of space - even for luggage. Nothing was missing. The surroundings are very quiet and for us it was a great starting point for many beautiful bike rides through the Schwerin lake landscape and a visit to Schwerin itself. Schwerin is easily accessible both by car (15 minutes) and by bike (40/45 minutes). The city is beautiful and worth checking out. Especially the beautiful lock. By the way, you can also go shopping there very well. Dagmar is an extremely nice and lovely host. It was nice to have met them. We say "Thank you" to you again.

Fantastic luxury holiday home on the Baltic Sea

Anne-KatrinRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We, a group of 7 women, were already guests in this house for the third time. It is and remains our little paradise. A fruit and vegetable basket from your own cultivation for reception, a homemade apple pie, followed by an equally megalecked plum cake from Danuta - just warmly, thank you so much!!! We love the decor and layout of the rooms of the house. The view into the garden with the hydrangeas and the small lake along with herring is pure relaxation. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes, great walks and sunsets included. Small pool and plenty of space for our daily yoga and Pilates units, on the meadow or in case of need also in the large living room. We remain enchanted by this location and the peace and quiet still works two weeks later. THANKS!!!

We had a great time in Hoikendorf. The apartment is super nice and ideal for a family with several children. The attic makes every child's heart beat faster. The communication and check-in were great and the value for money a dream. Thank you very much!
