Easy check in, modern apartment, with good WiFi! Would stay again!

This was my first time in Sven's apartment. Sven is a very likeable and kind person and host. He gave me good tips, e.g. where to rent bikes. I lacked nothing. The apartment is very well equipped and over the side balcony you have a good view of the large Pönitz See, which offers a good opportunity to get fresh air on foot or by bike in every weather. Pönitz and Scharbeutz are also very easy to reach in the same ways and offer well-talked public transport in all directions as well as to the big cities (Lübeck, Hamburg, Kiel, etc.). Unfortunately, only Pönitz am See is somewhat step-motherly connected. Attached to the building is a Greek restaurant that I highly recommend and also offers take-away if you want to dine in the apartment. The lockable bicycle cellar was invaluable as well as the apartment's own parking space. I will be happy to come back.

Great apartment with a great location! We were there for an extended weekend in the fall and had a great time. The apartment is located both directly on the shopping street with restaurants and, in a few minutes' walk, by the sea. Lars is a great host who responds very quickly and was able to respond flexibly to our check in and check out times. We would like to come again.

This apartment is a great place to unwind. It is open-plan and offers everything you need. The Baltic Sea is within walking distance and the area is very rural and quiet. Thank you for this opportunity.

I was alone in the apartment for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable from the beginning. André is always available and responds very quickly to inquiries/questions. It's straightforward, reliable, and accommodating. The kitchen could be stocked up a bit, for example, I was missing a whisk and a cutting board, but I could take care of myself, didn't want to cook a 5-course menu in the kitchen. The nearest bus stop is about 1 km, which I found to be a bit far, but André can't do anything about it. In general, the connection to the public transport is very good in all directions, just lasts, but I had enough time for me no problem. Everyone sets different requirements of course, but for me it was perfectly fine, would book the place again.

Amazing host. Easy to find the place. Clean, hygenic and spotless apartment. 3 mins of walk to the beach and located in a amazing quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to visit again and highly recommended.

The cottage is unlikely to be beautiful and lovingly furnished and decorated. Everything is very tasteful, fits together well and is comfortable. The location is very quiet in the middle of nature and we felt absolutely comfortable and welcome with 3 generations and dog!

Volker's apartment is located in a quiet side street. You can easily walk to the center and also to the beach. The apartment is well cut and well appointed. We felt at home!

Apartment is mega cozy and beautifully quaint. The furnishings are individual and not simply silly. Just everything to feel good and above all: clean. Knut is a straightforward host. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but what is not, can still be.

I spent 4 days at the place. Everything was just as it should be. Johannes is very hospitable and you just have to let me know if you need anything. The bathroom is super new and nice. Nice little kitchen with everything you need. Nothing is missing. Highly recommended.

The apartment in Stäbelow is very inviting. All is equipped with high quality. A wonderfully developed attic that is an absolute feel-good place due to beautiful wood and its great clay construction. Everything is coordinated with each other, with attention to detail and a sense of beautiful things. The garden and the terrace are inviting to sit outside even in the evening. It is truly idyllic, with hammocks among old fruit trees in a designed garden. From Stäbelow, all attractive destinations were easily accessible. We really liked the friendly, perfect and relaxed hospitality in this house!

Fabian's descriptions were absolutely right. He wrote very likeable. Check in was so easy. We liked it. We were surprised with drinks and a little something. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures. We loved it so much. Right on the little grove, the birds chirp in the morning, you're all to yourself. The neighbors are very considerate, quiet and friendly. The town of Klingberg is beautiful. Less than 500m away is Lake Pönitzer for walking or running. There's even a bathing establishment and a great cafe with delicious cakes. With the bike we cycled 7km through the forest to Scharbeutz to the beach. That was great. We will definitely be staying again if we want to go to the Baltic Sea. It is highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

Spend two nights at the large apartment. Walking distance to old town. Peter responded quickly and was helpful when we needed help.

I felt completely comfortable in the apartment. The modern kitchen, the cozy living room, the balcony with jacuzzi, the bathroom with rain shower and sauna made my stay a great experience. The value for money is right. The construction site in front of the door was a bit disruptive, as it made it difficult to get to my parking space, but hopefully that will be over soon. Otherwise clear recommendation! I'd love to come back.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with extra kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a response to our inquiries very promptly. We can fully recommend the apartment:-)

A nice relaxing holiday. There was nothing missing and has been thought of. Great furnishings ,the sauna and the hot tub just perfect. The contact was very nice and they responded quickly. We will be happy to come back. 🥰
