Linda's place is the perfect place to slow down a little from everyday life. Located in a small, quiet place, you can enjoy nature directly at the view from the window in the morning. The place offered us everything we needed for the extended weekend with our little son. In addition, the communication with Linda is great and she is available to help and advise. Shopping is easily and quickly accessible by car in the nearest town. We'll be back! :-)

The apartment is very nice and there is everything you need. We were very pleased with the extra little things such as spices, tea or honey in the kitchen, as well as hand cream & co in the bathroom. It was a very nice weekend and we are happy to be guests again.

Spent 2 quiet nights in the property. Everything I needed was there and more. 😀 A really nice apartment. Modern, clean, nicely decorated. I felt very comfortable there right away and was ideal for my short Schwerin stay and my purposes.

My mom and I had a great time staying at the place. The place looked like the photos and the location was perfect. Peaceful but centrally located. We will be happy to come back :)

A cozy, fully furnished apartment in the middle of Rostock. Although there is no parking right in front of the apartment, that was not a problem as we always found a parking spot in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. The beds as well as the couch were very comfortable, so we could relax well. We particularly noticed the message on departure: We had to turn on the dishwasher, but not clean it out, and also do not take care of the beds or the trash can, as the cleaning fee covers this. We have often experienced this differently in other Airbnbs and it has made our departure much more relaxed. We will be happy to come back!

We were booked for the weekend and are super satisfied. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and upscale standard. We felt right at home and would come back any time. Downtown is within walking distance, where you can find everything you need. The beach is also very easy to reach on foot. We will definitely be back.

We had a brief but lovely stay. Maren and Stefan are very nice and thoughtful hosts. The apartment was comfortably heated when we got there from a cold afternoon in nature. We had a lovely holiday in Malente. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and looked just like the photos. We enjoyed exploring the lakes and countryside - it was fun to canoe and swim in the lakes. Katja was a delightful and helpful host. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a very nice time with our two children in Grömitz in the house Frohnau (App. 2). The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished and corresponds to the description. The landlords are very friendly and were always available for us. Glad to come back!

By far the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever been to and we've seen a lot of the world. From entering the apartment directly a feel-good feeling. Everything is extremely clean and beautifully designed. Especially now in winter a very warm and pleasant apartment and the whirlpool on the terrace has perfectly rounded off the stay. The amenities are top notch, from dishes to the bathroom, all very well thought out. We even spontaneously extended one night and will be back for sure. The private parking directly at the house is also a plus and within walking distance you are quickly on the beach or in the pedestrian zone. I like to give 5 stars here.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with extra kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a response to our inquiries very promptly. This apartment met and exceeded all expectations, an absolute recommendation. Very stylish, clean and great explanations. The house and parking are easy to find . The rooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and hot tub with sea view on the spacious terrace are great as described. The gas fireplace is also worth it! Small notes would only be instructions for gas tampering as well as other privacy on the roof terrace.

We were able to spend a beautiful summer weekend in this tasteful and very well equipped apartment. By bike we explored the Elba landscape with interesting nature experiences. While driving past the small village church in Wootz, a nice lady invited us to a small spontaneous guided tour. Gastrotipp: Mödlich - Alte Fischerkate. Summary: Highly recommend!

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund's place, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well stocked. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply gorgeous. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

A well-organized room. Very close to the sea. Unfortunately we were charged extra for towels and linen. Access to the washing machine was not available. Otherwise, happy to see you again.
