Monthly Rentals in Schwabinger See

I had a wonderful stay here! Jan and Tania were responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The area is quiet, safe, and peaceful in Schwabing surrounded by restaurants and close to the U-Bahn for quick access by subway to Munich city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean upon arrival and I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Munich!

We loved our stay with Robert! The apartment has everything you need, it is very clean, the host is extremely friendly and helpful and the location is also fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

An overall great place with plenty of natural light. The terraces are a nice spot for a coffee or snack. Javier is responsive and always provided instructions when needed.

We stayed for 6 weeks as a couple. Very comfortable and cozy. Felt right at home. The gardens nearby are great for walks and public transport not far. Used the e scooters in Munich a lot. Karin was very helpful and friendly. The place was spotless and freshly renovated. Great for a quiet stay in Munich but close enough to get out and explore.
