Visiting Boston for a wedding and the location and home was perfect for our needs! Highly recommend this home!

This house worked really well for our family. the rooms are well-proportioned, the beds were comfy and the house was clean. there were a few bakeries and eateries within walking distance and a star market a 7 min drive away. There's a public park with a runni g track 2 min walking distance away. Overall great house!

We (family with 3 young kids) stayed at Mike and Anna’s for close to 2 months while our house completed renovations and had an outstanding stay. House is fully equipped and comfortable for a family, Mike is very responsive and helpful, regular cleaning is already arranged, lots of toys and books to keep the kids busy, and location is great. You do hear some train noise (as the description explains) but it didn’t bother us or our kids.

Great house, beautifully decorated with authentic furniture and well-equipped Kitchen. The house is very spacious with everything included ( a real air bnb) , inc. parking permit and very easy access to Cambridge and Somerville. Didn’t meet Susan but she was very reactive to any queries we had . We appreciated the late departure . Thanks !

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! We love Ipswich and are so glad to find this gem of Airbnb. Mark's communications are topnotched and he proactively checked in with us to ensure that everything is alright. The house has everything we needed and more....not just for short stays but equally suitable for longer stays too. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The house heating system is very efficient and heats up the whole house quickly and comfortably for the few cold days we were staying there. My husband loved having a dedicated work space which had a beautiful water view. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Everything is very well thought out. It might be an older house but it's very quaint, cosy and quintessentially New England. Although we had several days of lousy weather.... we still managed to do plenty out of the few half days when the skies cleared out. Oh and thank you for the very lovely cranberry banana bread... its one of the best that we've ever eaten.

A lovely setting with beautiful marsh views. Close to good seafood restaurants & beach. Responsive friendly hosts. We had a great time!

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Loved this rental! Katie was so nice and very accommodating! This house was great! Pictures didn’t do it justice! Plenty of room and amazing views. My favorite room was the sitting room upstairs with views from every window! Lots of clean linens and super comfy beds! Check in and check out were a breeze. Easy to follow instructions on how to close up. Only complaint was on me! Wish we booked “in season” to take advantage of the beach! We will definitely be back! Thank you again, Katie! Your place and you, were top notch!

Located just a short walk to the beach this charming cottage offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for my whole family. The spacious cottage was clean and very well designed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area with modern amenities. The hosts, Elia and Rob, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating and we hope to visit again soon. I would highly recommend True North Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and scenic, downtown Newburyport.

Brigitte is a wonderful host—it’s clear she puts a lot of care into making her guests feel at home. The house was warm and cozy, with beautiful views of the ocean. She went out of her way to add thoughtful touches that made the space even more inviting. Communication was smooth and responsive. We would absolutely stay again!
