Had a wonderful stay on Kate's property. I received a warm welcome when I arrived and felt right at home with everything I needed. The guest suite is both roomy and cozy with a well appointed kitchen, comfy bed, generous towels, and great lounge and work spaces. One of the mornings I woke up to sunshine pouring in, and could hear the autumn breeze blowing outside to the beautiful sound of windchimes. It was an idyllic fall morning in the woods. I highly recommend Kate's place and would stay again.

Jennifer's studio is perfect for a visit to Freeport. First of all, it was so clean, bright and cheery. It has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. New washer/dryer, stove and oven. It's within walking distance to LLBean flagship store along with all the others on Main Street. And yet it is in a quiet neighborhood with a large back yard for the pup. We loved the water bowls left on a mat for the dog. We don't often find a bed as comfortable as the one in the studio - feels like a high end temperpedic. Jennifer was very timely and clear with her instructions on how to park and check-in. And she is very quick to repond to any questions. This is the second time we have stayed here and will absolutely do it again.

Ours was a winter visit. The sauna was lovely. Excellent exploring nearby (especially birding for winter ducks), very responsive hosts. It doesn’t have waves splashing at your doorstep, but it’s darn close and for the price, it’s hard to beat.

I love staying at Nina and Tony's Brunswick Beata when I visit Maine. Nina and Tony are pure gems and great to talk to. The barn is spaciaous and comfortable. The garden is always delightful even in the waning Fall. So cozy and relaxing! I will return again and again!

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times now and are always impressed with Amy’s hospitality and with how much we enjoy the space! Hoping to return again in the future!

My adult boys and brother came to visit for the Thanksgiving holidays and loved this AirBnB! They especially loved the hot tub to unwind after long days with friends and family. Robin and Peter were great at communicating.

Petr’s place was as described. Very comfortable and hosts were super responsive to any questions or concerns. They have a super friendly cat who’s not shy and loves to be petted. Off street dedicated parking was great. Private entrance. A few things to know: 1. If you’re staying for less than 5 days they charge $10 per load to use the laundry machines. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb and this was the first time I’ve seen a host charge to use laundry machines. No charge if you’re staying more than 5 days. 2. Internet connection is fine for the most part but you may run into issues if you’re trying to stream something live like YouTube TV. I had no issues with things like Netflix but had some issues when trying to live stream things like NFL games. 3. The bathroom ceiling is suuuuupppper low. I’m 6’0” and my head could touch the ceiling when on my tip toes. No big deal if you’re under 6’4” or so. But if you’re on the taller end of the spectrum I suspect this would be annoying.

Clorinda and Dick were spectacular. From the moment we arrived they were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. If we are ever back in the Portland area, we will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend!

Retreat on Rogers was the perfect home away from home during our visit to see our son at UNH. We stayed for 5 days and couldn’t have asked for a better place thatwas beautifully decorated, fully updated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook a few meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens. Although we didn’t use the outdoor fire pit, we loved relaxing by the cozy indoor electric fireplace, especially on chilly nights. Matt truly went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like light dimmers, a humidifier, and room fragrance sprays, all of which made the stay even more enjoyable. His detailed welcome booklet was also a great resource, filled with fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area. Dover is a charming town, centrally located near UNH, Portsmouth, and other nearby cities. Matt was extremely responsive and attentive before, during, and after our stay. Can't wait to come back!

Bob and Judy's place is a real gem. Great location and super clean! Quiet/beautiful setting. Be sure to glance at the stars as they are a sight to see due to the low light pollution. Tip - Google maps does not pick up the address but Bob/Judy were thankfully readily available to help navigate us to their home. Location was centrally located to all of our adventures. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Had a great weekend stay in Biddeford. The rooms were cozy and it was very peaceful with the water out back. Katherine was a great host and very accommodating.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this is definitely one of the best! The unit has a large, full kitchen open to the living room, a comfortable bedroom, a very nice bathroom, and an outdoor patio overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The entire unit was pristine and decorated with quality furniture. A private entrance on a very beautiful property just seven minutes from Kennebunkport. The hosts were proactive in all communications and incredibly kind. I hope to come back!

Dan is very friendly, great communication and eager to assist in what you might need. His place is cozy and easy to get to.

This was the perfect home away from home for us- such a peaceful place and close to many areas of interest. There were legos, puzzles, coloring supplies and books for my five year old granddaughter. There was a cutely decorated Christmas tree in the living area, which was nice to turn on and enjoy in the evenings. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed while on our trip. It snowed while we were there and they were up early and clearing our walkway and parking space. We appreciated this being promptly taken care of for us. I would definitely stay here again. We had a very relaxing stay at Carl & Rose's place. It was a very cozy space on a rainy fall weekend. Lots of fleece blankets, pillows and tea made us feel warm and welcome. The oversized reclining couch and 4-poster bed were super comfy. The height of the bed was a bit intimidating at first but quite luxurious once you sink into the soft supportive mattress. Great home base for exploring the beautiful scenery of Maine and nearby NH, especially with the leaves in full color.

This was such a beautifully renovated and furnished suite. We absolutely loved the style of it, and it was so clean and homely. The beds were extremely comfortable and Zach and Sean had made a great book of recommendations which we enjoyed working our way through! Thank you both so much for such a lovely stay!

My boyfriend and I loved the space! So private and serene; it was just enough room for the two of us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The sauna was such a fun bonus! Kayleigh was especially sweet (and quick!) in responding to questions too. All in all, we’d love to go back. 🧡

Nice cozy place, had everything we needed, clean, easy to find and get into. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We came in October so the town was starting to close down but there were some places still open.

Had a wonderfully peaceful stay at CloverCroft! Peter is a phenomenal host and is so friendly and thoughtful. The space is equal parts charming and cozy and has everything you need to feel comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the little touches that made us feel so welcome! This is the perfect place to relax, get a great night of sleep (bed heaters!!!), and soak in the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Please, if you’re visiting the area, book your stay here!

Absolute perfection. We are prior long term residents of Portland visiting friends - Beth's place is in a flawless location - beautiful water views of the Back Cove (sunrise over Portland) - and for visiting this iconic city as well as the close by coast which is spectacular. We spent 4 days at Beth's. Everything was beyond perfect - seriously. Lots of light, sparkling clean, arranged so that everything is easy to use, efficient and beautiful. We will return as often as we can and wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else - for those who haven't been to Portland - you are a only 1.5 miles from the Old Port but you are in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a 4 mile walking / jogging trail along the water at your doorstep!
