It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a newly constructed, one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood on Goose Point which loops around Spruce Creek.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
