We stayed at the apartment "Il Selvaggio" for the entire month of August and it was a beautiful experience. The apartment, in a renovated villa in a charming and very evocative context, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, super clean, quiet, and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, decor are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are within easy reach. Teresa, her husband and her children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us many useful tips. The produce from the garden was superlative: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to come back maybe in the fall/winter!

Very nice and well-maintained apartment. Riccardo was really kind and courteous to us. The location is also great because it is practically close to the historic center. Perhaps the only small downside, but not influential for us, is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. However, Riccardo even took our luggage to the floor. WE can only BE satisfied and recommend IT

Large, comfortable apartment, equipped with everything. Distance to the sea about 15 minutes by car. Ernesto (Laura's dad) is a delight, always available and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Our arrival in Gaifana was like an affectionate hug from a friend who was looking forward to seeing Antonella's mother, very sweet and caring only like a grandmother knows how to do... pampered us, as grandchildren, she refreshed us and offered a coffee after a long night trip with our children. We felt right at home. Despite a few small pool pops, soon resolved by Antonella and her partner, we stopped the week after August The house is functional and is very cool thanks to the very thick masonry. The bathroom is nothing short, unfortunately to optimize the space was reduced, wc and sink in a small room and shower in another, a pin remember the French baths without bidè. But everything passes on second floor when you arrive at Antonella's house, after a day spent between villages and excellences under the sun and turn off the warmth in total privacy in her pool. If you want to renovate the spirit and body is the perfect place.

excellent position... within walking distance of beach and shops. The elevator was a bonus. Lorena, the host, was welcoming, very kind and helpful with information on things to do and places to eat. value for money!

I stayed in this apartment for a second time, recently during the Festival dei Due Mondi. I love the location on the piazza. During summer weekends, the piazza is lively and doesn't "sleep" until 2 AM, but with the windows closed and the fan on, it was hardly noticeable. I also knew this would be the case going into my stay but wasn't bothered by it since I love the location, and the apartment is spacious and clean. Lorenzo is a responsive host, and Spoleto is a gem! If you arrive by car, you can get to the apartment from the escalator system that connects the parking lots to the city center.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Very tidy and clean house, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful host, close to the sea, downtown and every useful service.

Very nice apartment. Welcoming and super responsive host. A very small WiFi problem otherwise the rating would be the highest. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants an enchanting timeless destination that has been able to subjugate us and take us to dazzling medieval festivals.

The city is a bit like a maze, but Elena’s instructions were great.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The modern and clean apartment was perfectly equipped and left nothing to be desired. The idyllic landscape all around was simply fantastic and contributed to our relaxing stay. We would like to emphasise the extraordinary kindness of Michela & Massimo. The garden with the pool and the many play opportunities was a real highlight and provided ample opportunity for recreation and fun. Monica and Fabio were super Hosts. Very kind, helpful and at our disposal, the house location is Great for a peaceful stay, long walks in nature , great landscapes, we enjoyed a 2 nights stay in in front of the Fireplace . Definitely recommend and will be back .

Beautiful setting overlooking the valley towards Foligno. The pool and grounds are lovely and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It’s in a tiny town with tiny streets, took a minute to find, but the hosts were very communicative and welcoming. Our kids loved the tennis court! Wandering around Foligno in the evening was lots of fun and a welcome change from the more touristic sites nearby.

The stay at Valentina's house was like finding your home: cozy, warm and comfortable. The house was as described, even more beautiful. Valentina is very kind and caring. We will definitely return guests to Valentina's place. Although outside the town center, the location is convenient to reach in a few minutes, Recanati, Loreto, Porto Recanati.

We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pool was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and table football too. Anna was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt right at home. She also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Marzia’s place again.
