The stay at Yvonne's place was great . We found every corner of the house and garden equipped for total relaxation and comfort. Reading living room (the house was full of books), music living room, conversation lounge and TV lounge with assorted DVD collection. Porch where you can have breakfast and lunch, outdoor area with pool and solarium ... pergola under which there was a cool shelter. Terrace from where you could admire a breathtaking starry sky at night. The super equipped kitchen . The icing on the cake is Mr. Valter, a wonderful person, always available and discreet. In short, everything is simply lovely. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is in a converted granary, which has been beautifully restored. Bedroom and bathroom are simple but functional; the photos don't do the living space justice. It is a peaceful setting in leafy grounds. Pool was closed for the season during our stay but there is a pretty courtyard area which is a sun trap. We loved being able to walk (uphill on a rough track, about 20 minutes) into Trevi for drinks at Bar Roma and excellent food at the handful of restaurants in the hill town. Bring a decent torch if walking up and down after dark! Giuseppe was a charming and helpful host who gave us lots of advice and recommendations for eating out and excursions. We borrowed bikes and cycled to Bevagna along a former rail line for lunch (about an hour each way, flat). Trevi is a perfect base for visiting Umbria. Mosquito screens would have been appreciated in the bedroom but otherwise hard to find fault.

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

We spent a week at Il Corbezzolo. The place is wonderful, in the morning we were walking around to visit the various beauties that Umbria offers and in the afternoon we relax in the beautiful pool. I stayed in Elio's house from September 14 to 23 and it was a wonderful stay. The photos don't make enough, because the house is even nicer. The rooms are spacious, very bright, everything is new and well furnished, and with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, table and iron, hair dryer. In addition, both on one side and the other, the house enjoys a wonderful view of the Marche hills, characterized by a delightful silence, which for those looking for a little peace from the daily hustle and bustle is a real treat. Montelupone is a nice village, and nearby you can visit a lot of interesting places, and renowned destinations, as well as reaching the most important sea areas not far away. Elio, to whom I send a hug, is an exquisite person, as well as an impeccable host, always available for every need. I recommend this house at 100 x 100, you won't regret it...

We are a group of friends who chose Irene's farmhouse to celebrate an important event. The house is very well-kept, well-maintained and clean, there is no shortage of play and leisure equipment, billiards, ping pong, basketball, etc. The garden and surrounding countryside are wonderful, the pool is cleaned every day and is quite large. I recommend this farmhouse to spend days immersed in nature and relaxation.

Lapedona is an artistic and landscape jewel! You enter a dimension of tranquility. The house is very charming, tastefully renovated and very clean. The village offers a unique atmosphere, great view, close to the sea, hill and art. To go back. Host Andrea is kind and helpful.

We were with 2 families in the house. It is noticed that the house is also used by itself. However, this should not be a negative feature, on the contrary. The house was very homely, especially the great kitchen with more than good amenities. The rooms were good. Insect screens are available everywhere. Plenty of outdoor seating everywhere. The pool was magnificent. Absolute privacy. The only drawback: nothing was within walking distance. A car is required But didn't bother us any further. Clear recommendation.

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

The house exceeded our expectations. The house is located high on the mountainside, in the middle of the vegetation, with a breathtaking view. Keep in mind access to the house is via winding roads and you may encounter insects. Everything is provided in the house to deal with it with mosquito nets, candles, products, etc. Bianca is much more than a housekeeper. She gave us advice to plan our journey around Campello and also helped us to book restaurants, wine testing, home chef and so on. Anneke, Sue and Bianca are highly professionals. They know perfectly the client needs and the questions / issues that you may have and how to handle its. Everything is anticipated and contribute to have a lovely time in the house. The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

The thing we appreciated most, in addition to the courtesy, cleanliness and great availability, were the calm and tranquility of the area, the large green spaces where our children were able to play and the great friendliness of the neighbors, always available but never intrusive.

Our experience at "Sotto i Pini" was positive. Lovely place, quiet and full of charm. The place is well-kept, there's nothing missing, so we just have to worry about food. It is the right solution for those who want to combine sea and countryside, to also find moments of relaxation. Unique small note, since it was a hot summer, in the bedroom you can suffer a little, depending on the habits of each of us. Anyway, to try, also because Daniela is a perfect host and Roland is an efficient right arm.
