Very comfortable house for a large family, it is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It has a beautiful view of the valley. It is a place to enjoy more than to go out to take panoramas around the area as it is located away from the center of Rancagua. I really liked the system that Javiera left us to open the electric gates of the condominium as it gave us total freedom to leave and enter when we wanted.

Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

Excellent house to enjoy, it is just as it appears in the photos, everything was great, we only had problems with the electricity in the living room, we had no electricity in the outlets, I tried to fix it but there was no case, otherwise everything was excellent.

It was an excellent experience to stay at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We traveled as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which we appreciated, and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. A good place to stay, it's cozy and has a lot of space. It is close to the main places of black island and Oscar is a very attentive host to any requirement. The house keeps the heat well for its construction material and was clean when we arrived. There are not many appliances, you have to go prepared if they are required.

Beautiful house! We had a very quiet weekend, with a beautiful view and everything you need to rest. The place is beautiful, close to the beach by car and then a few minutes walk. A very quiet place to disconnect. We would definitely go back! Highly recommended!

First of all, I want to thank Gabriel's parents for their excellent help. When we were without power, they were always looking out for us and provided us with candles to light the house. I'm referring to the massive blackout that occurred throughout the country. We felt accompanied. The place is cozy and has the essentials to be comfortable for a week in the house. The beds are comfortable and the space was in line with what I needed. A washing machine should be added for when you go for more days and with children. I like the garden that the house has. It is beautiful and very well maintained. In addition, the sun arrives early in the area so you can enjoy a pleasant morning while you go down to the beach. The transportation is good but it doesn't run that late. That's something you should consider if you don't go by car. The buses stop outside the house and it's very convenient. The house is very safe and the area is also very quiet to disconnect and rest😊.

The house is really nice, everything works perfectly, the decor is nice and cozy and it is very well equipped (kitchen utensils, bathroom, heating, cushions, duvets, etc.). It's even better than what you can see in the photos. In addition, Fabiola was a seven as a very responsive host for questions and super clear to provide us with instructions and coordinate our arrival and departure. We hope to come back very soon.

The house comes with everything you need to stay, a good terrace and functional. It would be nice to have a TV, since when traveling with children it is very useful for them to watch movies. The condominium is very quiet and has a very nice environment, close to the beach 10 minutes by car, very good restaurants in the center of Algarrobo.

I needed a place to stay very close to Padre Hurtado and we found this house that has everything you need for your stay. For two people it is a precise place or if you have 2 children. Nearby there is a warehouse, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy etc. Jonathan is a friendly host.

We loved our stay at Carlos's house. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The house is very comfortable, with well-distributed spaces and all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Also, if you're traveling with kids, it's an ideal option: there are lots of things for them to do, which made our experience even better. Definitely a place we'd like to go back to. We went for our family vacation, we were 15 people including seniors and children. We felt very comfortable in the house, I think that in reality it is better than in the photographs. Very comfortable for large groups, many outdoor spaces, large pool. The gardens are really beautiful. We totally recommend it. The beach is very close, you can walk there. It has a supermarket very close by and various amenities. Magdalena was very loving and attentive.

The place is as it appears in the photos. Clean and with everything you need for a good stay. We were taken care of very well from the arrival to the residential complex. Neruda's house can be reached walking and there is also a well stocked supermarket nearby. It is very good to stay there since everything is like new. Comfortable, private and safe. If we go to Black Island again we will repeat.
