Very nice experience, particularly the first one in the enclosure. For many years we have vacationed and traveled to San Alfonso, and this time we gave Bahía de Rosas a chance and we were delighted. We'll be back

Cozy accommodation, we loved the place with my family ( there were 4 of us) and the best thing is that they accepted a pet. It was a very beautiful place, good security and rich to go out in the evenings to walk as it was a large enclosure with nice green areas and very well kept. The exit to the beach was private, very close to the apartment and with a guard that was on the access. You could get there by walking the beach to restaurants or places to shop. The host sends all the instructions, very attentive to everything. Thank you!

Very comfortable and very well furnished apartment, everything of good quality, bathrooms included, good water pressure. You don't need to bring anything but clothes. Well located, beautiful ocean view. Huge, well-furnished terrace. Two parking lots. Friendly concierge staff. Leaving the building, you are next to the beach and boardwalk. Better than expected. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home is well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. While it’s an older estate, that only adds to its charm and character. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. German was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect for a beach getaway, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Whether lounging on the deck or exploring the area, we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay by the ocean. Would definitely return!

I stayed with my family and pet for 7 days and the truth is I can only say: Location: 10/10 The apartment's cleanliness and spaciousness: 10/10 The view: 10/10 Private covered parking in the same building: 10/10 Access to the apartment: 10/10 Building access: 8/10 The friendliness and proactivity of the concierges: 10/10 Safety: 10/10 In short, an experience that I would repeat. Daniel is very kind and willing to have us spend a stay with all the amenities he could offer us. Perhaps as a point of improvement (and I am aware that Daniel is not responsible), is not always depending on the concierges to enter the building, since they, within all their daily activities, are not always at the reception, so if you come in and they are not there, you must wait outside until they return to open the door and enter. Other than that, the concierges are very attentive to anything you might need, making everything easy for you.

We chose the house for the views and they turned out much better than the photos!!! The location is unbeatable, with incredible ocean views that can be seen from every room in the house. The location is unbeatable, it is absolutely worth it. The house is spacious, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. There are several paths down to the beaches and rocks. Although the one that leaves from the house is closed, we went down the neighbor's (who was very kind in offering us to go down there) but there are also several other public paths. The environment is really spectacular and quiet to relax. The check-in instructions are clear and we had trouble locating the house. A couple of very minor issues: the main shower bracket is loose, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. The other thing is that the grill needs a renovation. But these issues do not affect the overall stay and I only mentioned them as suggestions. 100% recommended!

Excellent accommodation experience. Maria Paz was in constant communication with us. The place is just as it is in the photos, very comfortable for a large family and even pets.

Our recent stay in April 2025 at the apartment was nothing less than spectacular. The views of the beach and sunsets from the apartment were AMAZING!! You had access to the spacious balcony from the living room, as well as both bedrooms facing the beach - which made it lovely to step out and admire the view each morning. They were very flexible, and willing to accommodate us - as I was traveling with my two little girls and elderly mother. The apartment is extremely spacious, and has such a relaxing and welcoming vibe. They also had everything you would need for a short or lengthy stay. I really recommend staying here, as it is directly across from the beach, close to the city center, the parks, the nightlife, and has bus service directly across the street. We enjoyed it a lot. You will not be disappointed!!!
