Family-friendly vacation rentals in Santiago Metropolitan Region

The house is beautiful, ideal for enjoying a few quiet days. In the morning we went down to the beach, which was quiet, with few people, and the water was exquisite. Eliana always responded quickly, and Carolina, who gave us the keys, was very friendly and was always attentive to answering all our questions. The location of the house is excellent - it is very close to Pablo Neruda's House, and the restaurants in the area are delicious. In the afternoon, the house may feel a little hot, but it quickly cools down at night. And what to say about the view! It's just spectacular. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.☺️

Very good place, Alejandra is concerned and attentive with check-in. The pristine cabin, the very comfortable tinaja, the quincho comes with everything you need and the place is very safe for pets (I have 2 small dogs). Access to the river is crossing the courtyard. We had a new year and it was a very good experience.

Claudia’s home was exactly as described. Very comfortable and quiet with fabulous views in a convenient location. . Clean laundry facility on the roof terrace as well as a parking space in the building garage were much appreciated. The area doesn’t have sidewalks and traffic can be bad at times, but not noisy. My only suggestion is to replace some of the worn linens and towels. Claudia is very responsive. I highly recommend.

I thought everything was amazing. Quiet, excellent place to relax. The pools for easy access for the children. The beach is just a short walk away! The apartment is beautiful and cozy and with a beautiful view. The host is always waiting. Can't wait to come back! Everything is perfect! Rest too much.

It is definitely a highly recommended department. The area is very good, with access to transportation and walking. Large windows with lots of light. The building has a terrace with a pool and a beautiful view of Santiago.

The place is super comfortable and clean. Very nice condominium and has direct beach access. There is everything in the apartment, we didn't lack anything. Also, super concerned and attentive to our needs.

Beautiful place, parking is available. With my partner we felt very comfortable beautiful green areas. They have microwave, refri and the basics to make your stay easier. The shower has hot water. We'll be back with my partner and our dog.

Excellent stay at the house of Matias and Carolina. The 2 were very concerned at all times with maintaining communication and clear and timely instructions. the house is as mentioned in the publication. Upon arrival we find everything impeccable. very nice place to rest, I went with my children of 3 months and 3 years and it is definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

Stayed here for almost a month. The place is overall very good. Has everything that you need. Beautiful view from the 5th floor, and an even more amazing panorama view from the rooftop. The location itself seems a bit dangerous at night.

An incredible stay from the end to the end. The house is really beautiful and comfortable, comes with everything you need for a quiet weekend away. On this occasion we did not occupy the quincho but we were surprised that it was spacious and that it was covered. The views are very relaxing and although it is very close to Santiago, it seems that it was further away, you manage to disconnect from everything. I would definitely go back to this place.
