Everything's good, nice place, spacious, comfortable. It is very conveniently located, close to the supermarket. The only bad thing is that it does not have a microwave.

Beautiful Depto in the heart of Santiago. Easy to get to and get out everywhere. The consortium has Parquing and safety to leave the vehicle. The concierges are very attentive. Being tall is quiet and super bright with nice views

A very quiet and friendly place, easy to access, with very friendly reception staff. The apartment was in impeccable condition, very comfortable and cozy, highly recommended especially for couples.

The stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the park and the Museum of Fine Arts. Also, the location is great. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, main sights and the subway side. The site is very safe and has 24-hour gatekeepers.

Very friendly and attentive. He gave us very clear recommendations and directions. The clean and tidy apartment. While the space is private, they tend to hear noises from other apartments and from the street (I think it's something from all Lofts of this style). The host is very understanding and flexible. As for the apartment's equipment, just and necessary if you are passing through. Very good overall experience.

There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

Best of the best.. Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable. We didn't know it had beach accessories (umbrella, paddle ball) and we came re well! Rosita all the time predisposed and helpful. Love! 10 out of 10 everything. THANK YOU!

Great place and easy communication!

Self check-in is especially noteworthy for early morning arrivals, and it has a 24-hour concierge. The host's attention was very good, solving any problems quickly. The apartment has just enough for a short stay. Clean bathroom and hot water working.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for a mountain getaway. It’s quite high up, so be sure to stock up on groceries in Santiago before making the drive. There were some minor issues with the wifi during a snowstorm, but Valeria was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. The ski storage and locker room were super convenient, and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is as described and shown, it is small, just for 2 people, comfortable, a large and beautiful balcony that has a nice view of the city with some mountain range overlooking the buildings. It's a 12th floor. The host was always nice, luckily we didn't have to disturb her, her instructions were clear and accurate when entering and checking out. It is located near the metro, approximately 500 meters away, safe area, quiet pleasant to walk. I'd recommend this place

Everything was great at Marcela's place, everything was just like the photos and much better since we were surprised to find a fairly large TV in the master bedroom and a smaller one in the second bedroom, which didn't appear in the photos published, so it was much appreciated. There are many places nearby to shop, the only thing I could suggest is that a few more utensils are needed in the kitchen, but everything was great, I would stay with Marcela again ☺️

The apartment is very nice and in a good location. Joel's directions were excellent and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Although we had a problem with the cleanliness of the apartment, Joel was willing to improve that aspect.

Our stay in Santiago de Chile was excellent. The apartment is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, ideal for getting around the city comfortably. It is a spacious place, well lit thanks to its large windows, which makes it very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped: we used both the oven and the electric stove without any problems. The bathrooms were in good condition and had humidity extractors that worked properly. Access to the apartment via electronic lock was very convenient, and they also provided us with three keys for the garage door, which also worked smoothly. The apartment's light switch was off (under a picture), but we found it quickly. I especially highlight the kindness and attention of the building's security staff. I would definitely book this apartment again. It was a very positive experience that fully met my expectations. Thank you for everything, Bea

I loved the apartment, the location is spectacular and everything is within walking distance, there is a Unimarc on the ground floor where you can buy what you need. The apartment is super quiet with an excellent view. Communication was very smooth and quick. The private gazebo upstairs is spectacular, highly recommended!
