Monthly Rentals in Sant'Ermo

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Carmen and Giorgio's home in the Tuscan hills. Such kind and gentle couple, so welcoming with generous gifts of tomatoes and grapes from their garden. Nothing was too much trouble and they were eager to check we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. After mornings spent exploring we loved returning to a peaceful afternoon in the tranquillity of the garden. We would not hesitate in recommending their home as the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Thank you so much.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful people. We expressed interest in buying oil… they took the trouble to contact a local producer and provide us with the contact. Very nice solution. Ideal for a couple with children. For 4 adults a little less… but they were also transparent about this and immediately reported the limit (only bathroom with access from the bedroom). Highly recommended.

Very characteristic place, wonderful bathroom with huge shower. It should be remembered that this is a very old structure, so perhaps not suitable for those looking for (too) modern accommodations. In any case, the technological equipment is up to date. Daria was always available, responsive and resolute. I would go back.
