Monthly Rentals in Sant'Angelo in Pontano

I stayed for three nights with my family during August clean and complete with everything. nice garden quiet and comfortable location to visit the sights of the Marche ..especially the Sibillini Mountains

We were there for three days - Marco was super nice and lives right next door and was always available for questions. Most beautiful view from the terrace into the Marche - street hardly used - equipment sufficient for 3 days - very sweet cat that the children loved!

La casa di Simone is located in the pretty Marche village of Amandola, on a cobblestone street and with a beautiful view of the hills. The house is spread across three floors through a spiral staircase. It is entirely made of wood and stone and all the furniture is natural and very well cared for. Downstairs there is an equipped kitchen (even microwave and dishwasher) and dining room. On the middle floor there is a magnificent bathroom with a very relaxing sauna and steam room and a bedroom with two loft beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a small room with a fireplace and a single bed. Simone is a very attentive and responsive host and guided us by phone to reach the destination given the closure of some streets for the village party. From here we reached the centuries-old beech of Canfaito and had a really relaxing weekend. We can't wait to come back.

The villa and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was great to have aircon in the bedrooms! The villa was spotlessly clean. The pool was fantastic and although we didn't see the pool cleaner all week, all was good. The stony access road is a little steep but on exit, taking the bend at a run and not slowing seemed to be fine. The surrounding villages were spectacular. The sea is only 45 mins away. We had a lovely day swimming in the Adriatic, the beach was almost empty (out of season). We had a great week. Thank you Illy!
