Leonia's apartment is nice, large and as described in the listing. We loved the stay. The apartment is impeccable, clean with all the comforts. Air-conditioning in all rooms, including the living room. That was a priority for our choice. But the apartment has great ventilation. The location is great, close to everything. D Leonia is very friendly and attentive with her son, who also gave us attention. It was a very worthwhile choice and we will definitely be back.

Airbnb not only met, it exceeded our expectations! The space was very clean, with everything we needed. Marilaine was super attentive and answered all our questions with a lot of availability. The location is great, inside a safe and pet friendly condominium. Despite being about 10 minutes from downtown, that wasn't a problem. Anyway, a great experience – I highly recommend!

I actually chose so much that I met the best host because I talked a lot about others before booking and got a gift from the universe. The apartment in person is much better than in the photos, for the value I didn't think I would feel at home. I'll always recommend it because I'm a few days away. Very Grateful

Extremely good locale, super close to UFSM, silence, apartment is wider than in the photos. I felt at home! Excellent linen and bath, great shower, great refrigerator and great bed. It was perfect for what I needed. I spent 12 days studying and served me perfectly.

Apartment exactly as described and shown in the photos, very spacious, with all the necessary utensils for a peaceful stay. Extremely clean space and the bed and bath linens are the cleanest and best maintained I've ever seen on Airbnb. Gabriela's service is unique, very attentive and she always answered us almost instantly.

I felt at home very cozy, pharmacies, mall and market around the next 24 hours. would host me again.
