Mara is one of the best hosts I've ever had, if not the best! In these last 3 months this was my home and whenever I had a mishap, Mara promptly solved or assisted me in the resolution. I felt super at home, all my needs were met and Mara was very attentive to help me adapt in the city. He even helped me find a cleaner for this period and also a reliable pet shop for my dogs to bathe safely. I recommend it to everyone who stays here!

We didn't stay at the house, for our choice, but how much we stayed at the place was great. We use the barbecue and the kitchen, all ok. The green area is amazing and the Homemade who served us, helpful and very kind. Daniel is a great host. We loved it so much that we will be back!

i and my friends spent the new year in the house and it was amazing! the house extremely clean, spacious and with a wonderful view. It accommodated very well the 8 people who were, with 4 comfortable rooms. I highly recommend the place for those who want to enjoy a few days in the mountain of itaara.

They were very quiet days, as the hut is in a location that provides you with a lot of contact with nature, bringing peace and tranquility. The hut itself is beautiful and functional, the swimming pool is very nice to cool down. We will definitely come back more often, thank you by the host always willing to answer any questions.

The cottage is very nice, exceeding our expectations. Second time we rent this beautiful villa and again we got excellent experience. Outstanding place, fare away from city noise. You can just stay there and enjoy nature. Definitely our choice for every visit of Santa Maria.

Very nice apartment for transient accommodation. The mattresses were not very good. Of the 4 rooms 1 it doesn't have air and the other, in our case, it didn't work well. As we were in passing 1 night we did not claim. It has 2 very bridge fans. Pool is only for long stays.

Bárbara received my grandparents, because the apartment is close to the HCC, which greatly facilitates the dynamics of those who are caring for someone hospitalized there. Barbara, besides very solicitous, left everything clean and organized, the apartment is very well equipped, clean bed and bath linen. The Checkout was very quiet. I recommend it!

It was the perfect place. We were greeted by Host Marilaine with great dedication. Easy location. Very safe location. Tranquilidade, I felt at home. To my surprise in the kitchen, I already had all the ingredients for a good past coffee. Cooling air conditioner, wonderful shower, washer and dryer. Everything in apt. working. Garagem near apt. I didn't notice any downsides. Congratulations to Host on the site. Super recommend it.

Kitnet, close to UFSM, to go on foot, there is a supermarket close and very quiet. A Leonir and Bru are very helpful and attentive.
