The home was well suited to what we expected. It is an old property, simple, but very large. It has air conditioning in one of the rooms and the bed is great. For the other rooms, there is a fan. The kitchen is functional. The only downtown district was Tv, which did not work very well, but it did not bother us, since we only rented for a night to go to a wedding. The property is super central, close to everything! And the host was super solicitous too, of great communication.

Me and my girlfriend booked a weekend (2 nights), the experience was amazing. Newly built building has smart grocery at the entrance where any time can go there and fetch something, which makes it much easier during the night. The whole apartment furnished in a dark woody design that gives the feeling of warmth, very good for the couple. All necessary accessories now, pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, wifi, basic ingredients such as salt, olive oil, etc. Apartamento is exactly the same in the photos, you can turn off the main lights of the ceiling and leave only the secondary ones (all warm, which provides a good vibe to rest), in the recreational areas of the building has a beautiful view and benches to keep throwing the conversation away, mixes well since the apartment is Studio. Check in and check out well made everything done by link they provide themselves. We'll definitely be back another time!

The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy. All brand new and beautiful. Full house, had everything we needed for utensils. Impeccable linen and bath linens. The outer part with fruit trees and lawn good for kids to play. It was an amazing experience. The caring and gentle owners. We love and highly recommend.

Mara and her husband are very friendly and helpful, any problem promptly solved, the house is like in the pictures, the location is good being close to everything, the street is a little busy but the people there are quiet. I spent a season with my husband and my dog, which was well received. It is a good option for those who need to spend a period in the city with the family.

I recommend this place for those who want to spend a few days in Itaara. Super cozy place with all the necessary utensils. Everything was very clean and organized.

The house is exactly the same as the photos , people attentive to the details that were requested , for me it was no problem , but for some of the guests the fact that they had dogs all the time inside the courtyard and the house generated some nuisance.
