Marie and Peter were incredibly kind, easy to get ahold of, and really went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. The studio is absolutely perfect for someone whose top priority is being close to the beach without breaking the bank. The walls are quite thin, which they mention, so it's not always quiet, but it's a lovely place at a great location with good energy.

For starters, had the most perfect morning in the hot tub and enclosed deck space with yoga and coffee. Evan is no nice and has the best recommendations of the area! Not to mention he provides so much detail & organization that it makes things so easy when arriving/staying/departing. This was such a perfect stay, would love to come back!

Amazing Airbnb. Jane’s place was the perfect stay for our Thanksgiving dinner at friends. Master bed was so comfortable and the blow up off the ground mattress was just as comfy for my 36 year old son. Kitchen had the right essentials for our short getaway. It’s always nice to have coffee, creamer and sugar upon arrival. There was a “Park” pass, which we used for parking for our beach walks. Bonus there. $10.00 parking otherwise. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I highly recommend Jane’s place for your stay! 5 stars all the way around. We will be back!

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

Our stay was great. The house has lots of space and room to relax. The outside is quiet, calm, and peaceful. We would like to return in the summer to enjoy the outside more. We met the owner who was very receptive to our suggests of providing more detailed instructions to access gate and to leave an outside light on for guest to see the house from the driveway when it is dark. We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful property, modern and with the amenities we needed especially a washer dryer. The hosts were very friendly and sweet and always responsive. The location was great for both downtown Los Gatos and downtown Saratoga restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We originally planned to stay at this Airbnb for just a couple of days, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay to a few weeks. The unit is peaceful and cozy, with a lovely view of the San Jose hills from the back. There’s a private entrance on the side of the house, making it easy to come and go. The host was great, always prompt and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in San Jose.

Adrija’s place was a peaceful oasis that was secluded, safe and beautiful. The summer night sky mirrored by the town lights below make it look like you’re swimming in the stars. The view alone is worth every cent. The hosts are so friendly and out-of-their-way helpful, I cannot thank them enough. Adrija’s place was very a wonderful experience. This was a spacious place to stay. It was well organized and had everything one could need. The location was good - walking distance to the Pruneyard which has lots of restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. It was described exactly by the owner.

This place was perfect for my summer internship. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, and Elizabeth was extremely responsive and friendly!

Emily's place looked just like the description, and it was very clean and welcoming. Having laundry available, with detergent included, was really helpful. Though we didn't meet in person, Emily was friendly, helpful and responsive. We especially enjoyed meeting her friendly dogs and purring cat. :)
