Condo vacation rentals in Santa Cruz County

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

We stayed her for a weekend and it was a very nice place to stay. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers. The beach is a short walk away. I strongly recommend.

This resort is somewhere to go to get awayrom the chaos of city life and just walk along a beach and sit and contemplate life.

Wonderful place! Very clean with an amazing ocean view.

We had a great stay here. The area is so beautiful and very private. The proximity to the ocean is great. The trail to the beach is so nice and doesn't take very long. The grounds of the resort are beautiful. Very clean unit and comfortable bed. The grocery store in the village shops is awesome and the staff are very friendly. The resort staff were very friendly as well. The only issue and it's not a deal breaker but there was this loud exhaust fan like noise coming from the roof above the restaurant on Friday night from about 8 pm to 2 am and it was hard to hear the ocean waves. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Communicative host. Quiet, peaceful and picturesque. Bed was super comfy, and the place was clean. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but we had no problem with the 10 min drive into town. Great central location to explore the cost. Ventured from Santa Cruz to Big Sur over three days. Would return!

Amazing property!!! So so awesome! My family felt right at home. So close to the beach and heated pools. Power west is amazing company. !!!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

We stayed 2 weeks at Irene and Gary’s and it was perfect for us. The guest suite was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The large outdoor patio was also nice. The location felt private and very safe, and was central to all of the places we wanted to visit (Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy was a nice surprise). Irene and Gary were great hosts- very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.

Had a wonderful stay at Ling’s place .. it was awesome place with amazing beach just a walk away . Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again if ever wanted to come again . Place was exactly like the description.

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Seascape Resort is a peaceful gem tucked away from the busy cities nearby. Check in was a breeze with 24/7 staff on hand. The rooms were clean with ocean views and a fireplace. There were so many things to do - enjoy the pool, hot tub, or take a stroll along the beach at sunset. Or stay was relaxing and we look forward to coming back another time.

Beautiful home for our family to stay at. Everything at the home was well updated and it seemed like there was always something close when needed with the place well laid out. The area is beautiful. Lots of walking, hiking to do. We had 2 young kids and they enjoyed the pool there and the beach is a 5 minute walk from the home. The fireplace was used nicely on the chilly evening and we would come back again!

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

Greg’s place was beautiful and peaceful. Greg’s instructions on how to locate the condo were perfectly described, and he was responsive and helpful when I had any questions. Would definitely book here again.

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!
