John's place is a gem at Seascape! Beautifully decorated, clean, ocean views, host left wine+snacks, hot tub on site, and everything one would need. Went for a birthday/mom's getaway weekend. Came back happy and relaxed!

Wonderful clean condo at Seascape resort. As a family with small children it’s perfect I have all the amenities in a condo plus resort features like a heated pool you can use in the middle of winter! Beds were comfortable, great proximity to the pool, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

The spa unit was perfect except it was not handicap accessible with the stairs going up to the unit. The jacuzzi spa was great and the fully stocked kitchen with mini fridge. The property manager was very accommodating for our stay even with the last minute construction needed in the unit. Thank you for having the work done days before our stay.

We have rented maybe a half dozen different units at Seascape over the years and Natalie's unit was one of our favorites! It has a prime location within the development. It is on the bluffs looking over the ocean and across from the north pool, but not too close where pool noise is an issue during the day. The unit was impeccably clean and well appointed, with new appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms had blackout curtains (great for young children that still nap) and comfy beds. There is extensive beach equipment, including beach chairs, sand toys, and things to toss. There was also plenty of towels and bedding throughout the unit. Natalie was a wonderful host. Responsive, clear, and friendly. She accommodated an earlier check-in because the unit was clean, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay with Natalie again!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

Clean, well organized and maintained condo. Lots of parking in the complex. Anthony was very responsive with clear instructions for check in and checkout and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend stay at Anthony and Traci’s home !

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

Jackie's home is a classic Pleasure Point Beach Cottage, with sounds of the waves crashing at night, and a quick .2 miles to the surfing point. She provides a fleet of cruisers, plus locks, which is soooo nice. Her home has everything you need, and a fantastic backyard for kids and dogs alike. I also particularly loved her selection of posters and artwork, both inside and out.

This beautiful home was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend with friends. We loved having access to the State Park parking pass, which made it easy to explore the beach and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely beautiful place we felt right at home, slept better in this home then we do our own highly recommend this gorgeous peaceful home to anyone looking to just relax and also so close to the boardwalk, can’t wait to book it again!!!!

Had a great stay this weekend at this beautifully remodeled home in Santa Cruz. Moved from Capitola about 8 years ago, but we had a family event to attend over the Valentine weekend. Upon entering, you are greeted by so much attention to detail. From the beautifully crafted wood furniture in the living room, to the stunning flooring and doors throughout the home. It is just lovely! The home is decorated nicely and the little artistic touches throughout the home did not go unnoticed. I only wish that we had more time to really enjoy our stay. But, we did have time to use the hot tub and the clawfoot bath tub in the master bedroom. Both were a real treat! We made breakfast one morning and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. An added bonus was the built in air fryer in the oven. The only minor issue is the lack of parking. Fortunately, you can park in the driveway, but any available space in every direction is on lockdown and those cars don't seem to ever move.

The house was immaculate, the location was perfect, the kitchen was easy to work in. We had two people staying there with additional guests for Thanksgiving, which the host kindly approved but was worried it wouldn't be big enough for what we needed, and she was very helpfully clear about that. It turned out to be perfect for us, and we hope to rent it again in the future when we're visiting family in the area. Great yard in the back also!

Me and a few colleagues/Friends decided to have our WinterTherapist Retreat at Michael Dawna's beautiful home in Watsonville and did we made the correct decision alright! The place has beautiful energy and one can see how intentional the home was built. We really felt the place helped enhance our creativity and peace within us. The host were 100 percent responsive and so friendly. We will definitely be back. We saw a deer family walking right in front of the home on our first day there :). Thank you so much Michael Dawna! We had a beautiful time!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Joanne's place in Seascape! This was a Christmas gift for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the condo. The space was very comfortable for our group of five adults, with room to relax in the living room and eat together at the dining table. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals. One standout feature was the projector, which was a great addition for movie nights. The only downside was that the WiFi connection for the projector was a bit spotty. Joanne was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This is a "home run" sort of airbnb. I was trying to plan future trips around staying here within 20 mins of checking in. good sign! very organized, and feels like home without the clutter. Peaceful ocean view from the living room patio and bedroom. I was doing a staycation and I liked it so much I added on another day. don't second guess just book it. book it. book it!!!!! I'd be surprised if you didn't thoroughly enjoy all that it has to offer. wonderful communicative hosts. thank you for a great get away. Love your place and I am picky! Being a Realtor and going into lots of homes I can truly appreciate it when someone does it right.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Great location! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our living room and the balcony and the kitchen area. We enjoyed the nearby shops, beach and restaurants . The bed, sheets, pillows and bedding were super comfortable and very good quality. We enjoyed the fireplace, all of the space really and we look forward to returning. There were ample hooks for towels, jackets etc and thats nice. The furniture appeared new, was comfortable and very nice. There were just two of us but the space could easily accommodate 4. We had a king bed, the extra (murphy) bed was very cool, a nice piece of furniture. There were swivel chairs on the balcony and they were great. We dined on the balcony, so very nice.

Although it was raining and could not use outdoor sitting at all, it didn't stop us from enjoying beach and spectacular sunsets through clouds !! Just Amazing! We really enjoyed our stay at Marc’s lovely beach rental. Everything was as described, Marc sent clear messages regarding check in and necessities provided. Location was central to a lot of the day trips we had planned, (Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel/Point Lobos, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk), but still off the beaten path offering a restful private retreat. My daughter enjoyed riding her bike around the pond path. Marc offered a very nice assortment of beach gear and toys. The beds were better than most, and I appreciated the queen/twin combo room instead of a typical twin/twin offering in the second bedroom. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sharp knives and pantry basics. In the future I would pack a few pans since the non stick cookware was pretty beat. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.
