Monthly Rentals in Santa Cruz

I spent a month and a half at Sarah's AirBnB while carrying out research in Santa Cruz. Sarah was easy to communicate with from the start and is a very kind person. The cottage is nicely secluded at the back of the property, with plenty of light. It is clean and nicely decorated. The garden is lovely, plenty of fruits, flowers and hummingbirds in season. The hot tub is relaxing at the end of a tiring day. The ocean is an easy 10min walk away, with some beaches tucked in nearby. Supermarkets are within easy reach, especially if you have your own car or bike. West side of Santa Cruz is much quieter, with nice houses and gardens all along. All in all, very pleased with my stay, thanks Sarah!

The location is absolutely beautiful – just a few minutes’ walk from stunning beaches and great surf spots. The unit was clean, spacious, and looked exactly like in the photos. Having a parking spot right in front of the door was super convenient. The hosts always responded quickly and were really helpful throughout my stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa and Steve were great hosts and very helpful. They were not intrusive at all but made it clear that they were available if needed. The few questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The house is very well appointed, lovely decor and specifically, I loved that it was furnished and decorated with matching furniture and colors, art, towels, and cookware. Some places are just a hodge podge of household cast offs. Lisa and Steven put a great deal of time and effort in creating a charming hideaway. There were pet towels and sheets available for Maddie, our yellow Lab's use. We really appreciated that. The location was nice and quiet and mostly easy to find (I would suggest finding it in the daylight first) but once we knew where the turn off was it was easy. Groceries and other necessary stores were close by. The patio / deck with fire pit was lovely for wine, snacks and conversation. Great stay!

A very nice place! It's a separate cozy house with it's own small yard and you also get laundry for free. Communication with Carmen is very easy, she also responds very fast. I will definitely book it next time when I'm in Santa Cruz!
